I had worst experience with them.I Bought Voltas AC. After doing all the negotiations they commited a price which included AC, stablizer @2500) and Iron Stand @500) for which total price was 32000 cash. They told that I will get the bill once the things will be delivered by delivery man. I paid the fright charges to the delivery boy and fitting charges to to the electrician but I recived AC without stablizer with the manupulated bill in which the stablizer price cost was included in AC price by them. Upon asking firstly they denied for stablizer then after so many calls to them they agreed and ask me to take the stablizer. But again it was a low grade stablizer and which was completely denied by my electrician that it is not of any use for AC, its price was only 1400 in the market and then I asked to replace it. They denied to exchange the seal packed box of stablizer. Owner was very rude and not listening. He said to return all the items knowing the fact that AC is already fitted in my home. They doesnt bother about customer expenses being done.In nutshell, customer satisfaction is not at all in their list. They have various ideas how to charge more and take out money from customer s pocket.Pathetic experience.Much Better options are New Light Electronics or Prakash Electronics.

I bought 1.2 ton split Hitachi ac in April 2017.the piece is defective. It is replaced by another 1.2 ton ac but they changed the model which was cheaper without my consent. The ac not working properly nor cooling effective. Despite many calls not even they change my ac nor my problem have any solution.i bought ac from this dealer by some close reference but still they dont replace my ac. I totally waste my 38000 RS. I strongly recommend never ever purchase from this dealer.totally pathetic service. Who want to waste money and time and energy goto Bansal electronics.

Bought daiken ac on 10june 2018 but no fitting person came to fit the ac . When called at customer care they said no request for fitting has given and mobile no.of the shop is switched off. Poor service.

Hopeless experience.. they will sell the products worth 1 lac rupees but wont give any service. They will not help you getting a brand new product which is worth 27000. Instead they will stop picking up your calls...boss if you know that company has a short fall of parts then why r u selling those products or thats just because you want to take out yoir investment from yoir showroom and let customer suffer for that...In an air conditioner the compressor is the heart n that heart is missing in company. WOW... what a manufacturer and what a retailer .... its not a small part thats missing.....
