One of worst salon I have experienced. Totally unprofessional staff me and my cousin went their several times and they always destroy my eyebrow shape and recently I tried nail extension at first she took more Then 03.5hr just for nail extension and then she destroyed my nails she had no idea about nail art I showed her a picture and made a drawing on my nails like child and she tried to satisfying me that it’s looking nice and I asked her to remove that and they don’t even have remover for that nail paint and then she applied another nailpaint on that and then that nailpaint turns into cracks which was looking so terrible then she rubbed that abs left my nails like that only which was so bad and they charged such amount which was totally useless they spoiled my whole mood my day and my time.Never ever go to this salon highly recommended

I had such a Terrible experience at this salon such an unprofessional employees. Tried nail extension and they destroyed my nails dont even know how to do a nail art and they dont even have remover for that than they applied worst nailpaint which turns into cracks and at the end they nails as it is without nail paint or anything than they charge me such an amount for useless nail extension and the girl who do this nail extension had no idea about the nailpaints. Also had threding and they spoiled shape of my eyebrow as well worst experience ever so plz dont ever go to them for anything

Pathetic service. Appointed a newly trained staff for my Haircut which I grown for atleast 3 months. Took 2 hours for a Haircut and Beard trim. Asked me to pay for the sheet and a disposable hand towel they used. That is some sheer money making tactic. The lady at the billing counter is too stuborn to even accept the mistake. Now I look as a money standing in the mirror .Karan

Its been several times me and my sister visited @aboutu salon but every time they proved they have third class services and very bad skills to manage a customer. I would like to mention this recent evidence of my sister who visited for hair wash but inspite of giving service for hair wash they have asked and charging us for irreverent services which we havent asked for.

Different rates are quoted for same services by different person over phone. Everytime different person will call. They will call you and will not stick to the rates offered few hours or one day ago.

Worst service to the customers , in every salon there is wash , in this salon there they will ask keratin wash or normal wash .. excuse me you are not hair masters and head masters ... So if you keep that standard then atleast provide good service to customers .

I never had a price issue ,would surely discuss when I visit next However tried the services after a long time and I must say I missed u AboutU.Hoping to have more wonderful relaxed experiences.The place is recommended for all the functions.They give perfect makeup.The service is more enhanced when the owner herself is around.Shes on her toes to give you the best experience.AboutU is my TEAM for the functions I attend.Have tried almost all their services and I am a satisfied customer.😇

Anil is an excellent hair technician who gave me a wonderful hair colour and trim. Makes my hair look very glamorous!

My wife went there to get her haircut done. The girls working in about u are very slow, they dont even know the product names they use. Not worth the money you pay to get the services done.

Hair stylist Anil thakur has done his job very well . Guided me very well according to hair texture . I am happy with hair texture and colour.

I had gone for root touch up and their unskilled greedy staff colored all my streaks worst experience. Want to sue the salon they did global without even asking .

Worst salon on the planet I guess.we booked this so called salon for bridal and pre bridal and they gave us the worst of experience that anyone could have they had only one person who actually knows to do makeup so, I would say poor staff and the worst part about it is its owner who acts as if she is the president of some country she has no manners and I hope she reads this review bcoz she should know that her so called parlors got lot of negative publicity out here!I would seriously not suggest this parlor to anyone for any purpose.
