Good behaviour staff

Their staff has removed my original window from my computer without my Permission,their staff was not helpful at all,never want to visit again at their place for buying or for repairing of any gadget in future

Went to refill the cartridge of My HP printer purchased from Jindal Realtech itself.The person at the counter took the cartridge downstairs stating that it will take 20 mins to properly remove the residual and clean and refill the cartridge. After 20-25 mins the guy came back with the cartridge. I paid and went back home to install the cartridge (not using it)After 2 days when I switched on my printer it showed used cartridge in use and looking at the online portal of HP smart it showed the cartridge is empty and the print quality is very poor now.Better to visit anyone in Sec-11 panchkula for the same.
