Beautiful scenery, can do picnic in Nehru park, the dam is a wonderful art of engineering and the lake is the best during sunset, its a shame that theres no hotels nearby , would advise to go in vehicles.The dam belongs to DVC Damodar valley corporation , u can enter the hydel thought.was disappointed by the maintenance done by DVC so far...Only advice for a group trip there.
