Panchet is located on the bank of river Damodar. It is a small hilly place surrounded by river, plateu, forest and outstanding natural beuty. This place has the DVC power project firstly inogarated by the indias first PM late Pd. Jawahar Lal Nehru. Panchet has hospital, ground, atm, n tourist attraction point as Phool Bagan etc. Other best thing about this place is goddes Kali locally popular as maa Hanker kali. It is said that she has originated on her own.
