Most of the apparel on display was badly crumpled.... was told that it was sale stock.... the staff is very lackadaisical.... I was refused a box for my purchase of a planter in the name of the ongoing sale while the staff near the counter was loitering around doing pretty much nothing.... such a stark contrast from my visit to the Westside store in Margao just two days back....

Clothing is really good but the staff is rude.

Ground floor and 1st floor in Caculo mall, its departmental store for shopping clothes - children and adults, home & kitchen decor, few furtinures. Amazing deals come up every festive season. Do join the royality programme, but make sure ur name & phone number is correctly reflecting in there system, their system hangs everytime i want to use my points which is annoying, rest staff and quality of clothes is good.

This morning I was at the Westside store around 10.30am and the AC wasnt switched on which made place very claustrophobic and browsing very uncomfortable. When I confronted the sales staff they casually informed me that the AC is switched on only at 11.30am. I called for the store manager and demanded as to why the AC hadnt been switched on and he blindly replies that it was on. I told him I would report to higher authorities about the same which he didnt really care about. The stores in the rest of the Caculo Mall had their AC on. Also the sales staff at Westside are very non-cooperative and have a care-a-damn attitude.

You will be so inclined towards every design that you will feel like buying them all but the quality isnt that good. also take one size smaller as the clothes there loose the fitting in just 2 washes

Great collection. There arent many shopping places for clothes in Goa but this definitely will solve many of your problems, since it is an one stop shop for clothing, footwear and accessories.

I have been a westside member since 2000 and i just love the brand. But the most pathetic staff is seen at the panjim store who have absolutely no idea about anything. At the hyderabad store where I usually go the staff are brilliant in helping the customers. But the staff over here just make me hate shopping. Very negligient staff. Please take care as I can see a lot of bad reviews about the staff. I love westside brand and prefer shopping at Hyderabad.
