Got my issue sorted after visiting then for more then 3 times.Issue-Till date I had a very good experience with the shoes but just a week back I bought heels which were expensive and with the so called BIG Name I thought the bill is not so important and threw it away only if I knew this time my experience would end up being so worst......it was the third time I wore those heels and it lifted off . When I went to ask for a replacement they said they dont have any data on their data base and bill is necessary. I asked them for the store copy if bill which in insisting alot I got a answer that its not with them.....are u guys playing with our own money. Or dont u want to value your old customers. I am not a person to keep calm if actions not taken ill ill sure I go to some more higher authorities. Please get me sorted here!I have kept the sandles at ur Panjim store itself.

Worst staff ever I ask them what is the price I dont expect them to said its very expensive I ask them again and they said its very expensive
