Overall experience was good. The room was clean and The staff was courteous and friendly, the service was prompt. They provided an extra bed at no cost.

The Hotel just ok within its standard. If you place order for snacks, just take a nap n then u would get it served. The service is poor. No hot water kittle. The counter manager has no discipline for how to speak to customer. No pleasing personality. They want each stay to be advanced pay.Further within same amount or less u can get far better hotels at Calangute side.Conclusion- WRT counter manager behavior i would not recommend this hotel.

Ok type property. Not good. Room. Was too small. Their no any refrigerator and other stuff. Bathroom was so small. Not so clean. Wi-Fi strength is so pathetic. Dont go with this if you chose for business propose. Resturant condition and service is so bad. They have limited meenu with time limit. Dont chose complimentary option. Hotel management need take action for this. No parking place so keep in your mind if you have own car.in 3K price range hotel is not up to mark. We Not recommended for anyone.

A very decent place in the heart of Goa. Its like a second home for me in Goa as i frequently visit Goa for official work since last year. Almost 3 months last year and now 3 months this year too.Best location, very friendly and polite staff. Rooms are very clean and maintain same everyday. Complimentry pure veg breakfast is good and have Pure veg Nandan restaurent also.Best choice for Pure vegetarian, Specially Jains who dont eat in veg- nonveg hotels specially at Goa.Thank you owner, Managers Mr. Anand, Prakashji and Mahadev and all staff for good hospitality in hotel.

Had a great stay. This is a great hotel, well located and with great staff. Special mention to Mahadev for the patient service during the busy check in time. Breakfast is an amazing South Indian spread (veg). The restaurant also has an amazing veg Thali - everything piping hot and well done.

It is not worth the amount been charged aginst kind of facilities that you get in the hotel.Room are too small and youll definitely feel that bathroom and washroom have been somehow forcefully accommodated in the room.Small small things like dental and shaving kit need to demand at the reception. On top of that you get reply that we dont usually provide such thingsOnly 4 or 5 food items are available for breakfast. But that is well prepared and delicious, specially Idali and sambar.I regularly travel to panjim in the interval of 3 months, still feel that hotels like Fidalgo and salida de sol hotel are much better option.

A nice hotel located near the city centre of Panaji. Its sister restaurant Nandan attracts a lot of customers for its multi cuisine food. The ambience is good and waiters are very courteous. Food is also lovely. A bit expensive on the pocket though if you ask me.

Location is very good since it is in hart of city.All the options are with in 1 to 1.5 Km. walk-able distance.To good hotels for Non-veg food , Sea shore, Cruise , Casinos & lot many other entertaining & shopping options .

There is no fixed tariff, as much you bargain rate will come down. For single occupancy published tariff Rs.2900 but I got for Rs2200/- nett.Limited choice of complimentary buffet breakfast.Room service they will do, will be added to your room bill. No Cross check option or what ever they say you have to pay. They charged extra for me with out serving billed. No transparency in Billings.10AM check out time.Take 2 wheeler on hire n roam which is economical. Rs.300/- per day. Petrol on our account.Taxi n auto are very expressive. Public transport very limited.

Very clean and conveniently located in the heart of the capital city of panaji. Very helpful in organizing the North and South Goa tours of tourist interest. Breakfast is hearty and mostly of south Indian origin.Enjoyed the two day stay.Rooms are reasonable priced.Highly recommended!

Hostel is gud and they provide even free breakfast at morning. but cost is high compared to service. Checkout time is 12amNo 24 hrs system or 12hr. After 12am they consider next day in bill. Room is not as shown in pictures. Most important drawback is the rooms are not clean at all they dirty you can find dead insect and even blank is full of dust. Services are only one man handle everything. Even he does speak properly. I dont know abt other room but i was staying most costliest room the hotel had. So everything is your choice gud luck.

Pros- food was good and rate was reasonable. cons- rooms are near to pathetic , I was assigned a room where ac remote was not working properly and one fan was not even running but they changed the room later to but it was also not good room.- very old property no modifications in washroom, all are old.- taps were not working properly, flush and jet pressure was not good.- wash basin was really very basic and its tap was loose.- wash basin pipe was rusted please check pics I attached.- service was really pathetic, I think they had only one person who was responsible for room service.overall I believe this hotel is not good.

Overall it was good experience, except 2 to 3 Points. 1. Hotel stay is value for Money . Maintained good . Staff are very much helpful. Ambience very good.2. Morning complimentary breakfast is average. Need to be improved even if it complimentary. I hope money included for this too.3. Another point is , do not book travel trips with their associated agents. Their tie up with agents is not up to the mark, w.r.t to My experience. Had very bad experience with travel package arranged. AC vehicle , but not working AC , He didnt care for travellers , Left us stranded and dont had manners to even apologize. So never book tour trips with their 3 rd party . Hire / book yourselves. Its easy if you google it.4. Apart from this, stay was good one.

Location wise, this property is bang in the middle of the market. You may face issues with parking as the hotel does not have a dedicated parking. The rooms are comfortable but a bit small. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay in Panaji.

We stayed for 2 days. Got huge discounts from ******. The hotel rooms are so nice that you will feel it like a 4 star hotel. From Cleanliness to their room service, everything was perfect. Veg restaurant is there. Breakfast is complimentary and a separate dining hall is there for that. You will feel the ambience of a HiFi restaurant there. Last but not the least, Wi-Fi service is free....So, I recommend everyone to try this hotel.

It was very fine stay over there. Hotel is value for money. Service provided by the hotel people are satisfactory. Food is good and hygienic. Location is easily accessible. All the basic amenities are very nice. Overall its clean and recommended.

Its good hotel but the restrooms(Washrooms)are somewhat not satisfactory.The scenario is also not much good from the balcony.There was a good facility of towel and soap.The hotel also provided nice facility that I liked the most, they gave an extra mattress in a room so that one can sleep with that mattress on the floor too.Thats all I remember because I went there on 30 March so I dont remember the facilities.

Its cool and cozy. With a noiseless AC you can sleep well at night.Even though its on the main street,you will never hear the noise of the traffic. The hotel has a hospitable staff. And above all the management does relax a bit on the check out time,by an hour or so. Check out time is 10 am.

Great food is available at Rajdhani restaurant. The place has pure vegetarian options and can be a good option for those who are in Panjim old church area. The place also has good options for ala carte and thali lunch options which makes this an overall good place to dine.

Good and nominal hotel. Very near to shopping places, cruise jetty, church and so on. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Infact they arranged my sightseeing in Goa for three days. Their restaurent is also good. They provide good vegetarian dishes. Complementary breakfast could have been better if they would have had more varieties.Tea is awesome. One has to bargain to reduce the daily tariff. In but shell its a good experience.

This was the second time we booked this hotel. We booked a super deluxe room thinking everything will be spacious compared to the normal room. The room was good but the bathroom was really really small. The room was not value for money.

The description of the hotel says free parking. But theres no parking provided by them. When i visited there,the guy at the reception asked me to find a parking on the road and that he is not responsible for the car. This was such a disappointment. I called him a day before booking to confirm if there was parking available ,he promised that theres hotel free parking.All Lies!!!

A best place in Panjim for vegetarian . The food is nice , the rooms are so clean specially the freshness after entering hotel is dere . I had visited once in feb 2018 and recently in july 2018 . Still the staff and the manager at reception recognised me . They provide me the best hotel rates . Breakfast was complementary . The staff used to ask did u had ur brkfast so much caring was the manager .
