Many shows & konkani dramas are organized here. The AC hall is really well maintained & spacious. Many exhibitions are also held here. The surrounding garden area is really beautiful. There are many benches facing the sea where cool breeze blows. This place also has a canteen where you have a variety of snacks & drinks.

One of the spacious centre for art and entertainment.Really peaceful and positive vibes can be felt as you enters the premise.You can also have quick bites from the canteen and chill at the beach side garden connecting the two from the Kala Academy only.

If you are an art lover and if you have respect for art,this place is for you.building is very beautiful and there is small library canteen and 2 big auditorium in it.food in canteen is good in test and pocket friendly and they are tacking proper care of hygiene.At the back side you can enjoy beautiful view of arabian sea.you can seat and relax for hours.place is just awesome.

I just love this Place, beautiful architecture, nice place to spend the evening, I always visit this place every time I visit Goa, and that happens at least twice a year.

Kala Academy conducts various international events. This place truly depicts how beautiful India is. The place is well decorated with paintings and various structures.The view from the Kala Academy lighthouse is a must see in Goa. Since it is not too commercialised, one can enjoy a walk by the shore and enjoy the serenity.

I loved the place because there is a beautiful garden with a sea view !The canteen also has amazing food!The academy has various events taking place every week for adults and youth to see.For the last there is a huge parking area too.

My favourite place at Kala Academy is the garden, sitting by the river side watching the fish trawlers passing by. I have been lucky to see dolphins swimming around.

Best goan place

I like this place. Just go and seat and enjoy the cool breeze. Also there are various events happening here. Every year Lokutsav is being held here where people from different states come sell their goods that are famous at their places. You can see here shops of sandals, jewellery, clothes, food, art, paintings, homemade flowers etc.

Kala Academy is one of the venues of International Film Festival of India. It is an amazing place - A very large well arranged, acoustically perfect and architecturally beautiful auditorium with very spacious gardens, abundant amenities and beautiful locale. I have been to Kala many times over past many years and the maintenance is really good. The road outside has wide sidewalks and makes access easy and comfortable. Congratulations to the authorities.

Really cool place to learn music, drawing, drama and many other art forms. Kala academy is beautifully situated at the heart of Panaji city on the banks of Mandovi river, surrounded by lush green gardens. The building was designed by architect Charles Correa and it looks awesome. It has an outdoor auditorium and a couple of inside ones. This place also accommodates couple of galleries and a little canteen for snacks. They have ample parking. No entrance fees.

I simply love this place. Great place to watch Konkani, Marathi and English plays. Also it is my favorite place to take a stroll along Mandovi in the evening hours.
