Pathetic service by these folks.The package was received and is lying with them for 4 days. Every day theyd send SMS saying its arriving today, but cancel the same by the end of the day.Please prefer some other service providers like BlueDart who take their work seriously.

Horrible n shocking. One packet received at Panaji, got sms at 7.45 pm that it will be delivered and by 8 pm getting another sms that it couldnt be delivered after an attempt. Useless

WORST SERVICE OF DTDC COURIERShipment was booked on 7th and supposed to arrive by 9th but till date I have not received my consignment. According to that it is arriving from Saturday but one of the executive told me on Saturday that it is in goa . But till now they cannot able to any suitable action .I asked the address of the Panjim office but what the DTDC EXECUTIVE said that sir you will get that on your mail . Why they cant give direct address or contact number .

Takes a lot of time to deliver parcels more 8 days to deliver parcel for Kerala to Goa. Very bad service..

No DTDC office is there in this location.

My parcel arrived 2 days back & still its in panjim office according to tracking details. whenever i call them they never answer calls. Whats the use paying so much. We hav to suffer. Just shut down if u cant give proper service. On top never deliver products on time & when ever they bring parcel DTDC delivery boy calls us to come down near gate to collect parcel & this happens every time. Why the hell u guys do this. Rest other courier companies dont do this except Dtdc. Pathetic service😡

The worst service ever, parcel received at the hub on Sunday and still not received, very slow service, dont ever trust DTDC, I needed a parcel from work for the last 15 days still not received. Today I had to go the hub and receive, extremely bad service.

Absolutely the worst courier ever. My parcel has arrived on 2nd July and till now they havent even bothered to call me .I contacted my sender as to where the parcel is, he tracked it to them. Now I dont even know why they charge this much money if they dont even bother to call the customer. Every address is undeliverable, every person is uncontactable and God forbid if you ever call their office. They dont pick up, if they do they talk as brusquely as if theyre just so busy and youre disturbing them. Ive written to their head office but theyre the same. Absolutely wouldnt recommend, unless you want your parcel suspended in limbo until the end of eternity.Disgusting.
