The place is easy to find, staff is courteous, well trained. The server is very slow, takes 45 min for one test!Quality and hygiene wise 5 starts.Cost efficiency - 4 starts.The profiles are cheaper then individual tests.If the server issues were rectified, Id give it a 5 star straight.

Disgraceful, went for a COVID test for international travel, they refused, Dr Naik was rude and said complain to who u want. Seems their egos have got the better of them

Worst service. The address is wrong & nobody answers the calls for booking an appointment. I would urge everyone to avoid this center for COVID test
