One stop shop for IT needs

So they took my pc saying it had a ram problem kept it for 27 days and told me that the problem with it was dust? 27 days for dust? When i complained and they got annoyed. I took the pc back to them coz it had an OS issue , paid them their charges and 2 weeks later my motherboard got busted , there was thermal paste applied (by them cause it wasnt there before) in unnecessary areas which caused it , this is easily the worst service i have ever received easily

Inexperience staff, careless owner attitude .Never leave your gadgets with them.These jerks exactly know how to spoil them completely.

Called to inquire about some network cable, got a quote. Sent my (white) collegue to pick it up and suddenly price went from 2700 to 4000. Had another collegue (with indian accent) to call and ask about the cable, they said they would give the lower price.My (white) collegue called back and said the price is now 5000, my (indian accent) collegue had to call back and now they said she (white collegue) was inquiring about a specific more costly brand. My (indian accent) collegue had to almost force them to sell the products at the rate they had given earlier.When she arrived back from the shop we realize they sold her a cheaper product thatn they told us on the phone. If you have the time i would strongly recommend to buy from Amazon, Snapdeal or Flipkart instead of Microciti!They might be well stocked to be a goan store, but they are cheating their customers!

They spread too much thermal paste, said they cleaned my pc but when I opened it was full of dust. Basically, they ruined my pc and charged me for it, it stopped working because of what they did
