Horrible experience with Onida after sales service.Mr Santosh sonawane needs to do reality check as to his job role ,whether he is a security guard or a floor Incharge.Stop bluffing the customers.The manager(Mr. Srikant) is very helpful but overall the customer service needs to get a wake up call.
