This company is a cheat!!! My society in Miramar hired their services for checking intercom facility of flats. We were informed that 590/- would be charged by this company’s technicians for “job work” done by them. No mention of visiting charges was ever made like is clearly stated by companies like LG or Bosch. More than 5 residents of our apartment raised similar complaints. So the complaint is as follows. The technician came at our flat and within a minute of inspection he said the issue is rectified and took 590/- from us. Upon further inquiry, I came to know that he literally recommended to us to remove the bsnl telephone wire from the instrument so that the voice isn’t muffled which anyone could’ve guessed and the intercom was functioning well otherwise. I don’t understand how this qualifies as job work. When I asked for justification from the technician he rudely and arrogantly said that these are our visiting charges to which I had given my consent for. How can Rs. 590 be visiting charges for just checking if the intercom works or not? This is not a fridge or a washing machine where parts have to be opened for checking faults. Are you kidding me? Such charges are arbitrary and unreasonable. If someone from the company is reading, we are a well to do family with a flourishing family business in Goa and other residents in our society are no less. You just lost out on prospective clients for Rs. 590. A successful business is one which gets repeat customers.
