Worst service all they want is the initial booking of the laptop then the service just goes down to the worst........ You guys need to work on ur marketing approach instead of doing it one time thing.......people will not approach you in future if this continues.Had ordered a laptop because it was out of stock online which i wanted urgently and the store said they can provide it in 8-10 days at max......when i called them they gave me absolutely no status and told me its out of stock....... Absolutely pathetic

Bit long but please read!!!Very unfriendly service. First time when I gave my laptop for repair it was for a cooling fan error, the engineer got 750 ₹ and said he will check. He called in afternoon to say that it is done. While collecting got to know that it was opened and cleaned.Two days later the keyboard goes bust. When went again they said they will take 750 ₹ for checking and after checking they said 2500 ₹ for repairs.Since no other Hp outlet nearby I had to do it. They called after 3 days to come And collect. I told I will by 6;45 pm and when I reached they said their rules is delivery till 6 pm only.The owner of the shop surely would have had keys he could have opened and gave it but he refused.When I narrated the earlier cooling fan issue he has the audacity to tell the staff in front of me that no service engineer should talk to customers.. Why? Because the service engineer blurted out that he had just cleaned the cooling fan and not done much. For 750₹...??!!!Is he trying to hide their misdoings.?Totally unfriendly, totally unsupportive, in short a very very poor customer service experience.Hope Hewlett Packard would see this and instruct them to be more customer focused.If you are planning to buy a new laptop you can buy from Dell 2 shops away or from Lenovo one lane away or from any other place rather here.

Really pathetic serviceIts a no go place for your service repairs, from my personal experience.1 They Dont have spare power adapter2 They cant open the screws as there are no thread.Please Dont visit this service centre
