I used to shop at this business on a regular basis, but after my last visit, Ive decided not to return. When I entered the store, there was a problem with my childs student id, and instead of helping me, the Ispace staff was laughing. Instead of making fun of a consumer who is unsure about something, helping would be harmless.The employees at the store are rude and ineffective. They make fun of the consumer in their native speech. Giving this store a single star would also be unreasonable.The employees gather in groups to make fun of the customer. They have very little respect for others and have no morals.Id like to advise anyone who comes into this shop to think carefully before entering. very very bad service.

Worst Apple Store in Town!The staff is extremely rude and their customer service is just simply appalling. Had visited the store a few months back. The staff were not at all interested in attending to my queries but all were busy with a customer who had, a few minutes back, purchased an expensive phone... Disgusted by this attitude, I walked out and would never return to this store.

I purchased a iPad that didn’t last more than a year. Better buy from Croma or Amazon. When I approached them with the problem in recharging that cropped up just after a year of purchase they said the battery was gone and there is no replacement in India. Soon after I sold it for throw away price of Rs.700 to a Bangalorean and he got the battery replaced and it continues to do well. Moral of the story: The staff in the Panjim outlet will misguide and are habitually lethargic.

The worst customer service 😡👎👎They dont know what they are selling & their staff are so dumb that they dont have basic apple product knowledge. I had gone with my iPhone 7 to get it fix as it stopped working & phone went dead. The guy at Apple ispace told me that its a motherboard issue & it wont be able to fix and the phone is useless now. Than i gave my phone to one of my family friend at his shop to fix & he told me its a minor issue. The issue was with the battery & software. Now its working perfectly fine.

Very bad service when it came to discussing payment options. Had to contact someone else who they claimed was from bajaj finance but when questioned they admitted they were not.

The charger of my iPad stopped working.I approached the service centre to get a replacement since it was under warranty but the lady said that they could not help me and asked me to go to Mapusa to another service centre. I got my charger replaced at Mapusa.

Went to purchase an Iphone ! The store is well maintained including Measurements taken for Covid 19 Safety ! A girl named Afrah had no knowledge to even count money and was so confident over her mistake , however one can directly to go Bradley , He is really good !

My purchase experience here was so bad that when I had some issue with the laptop, I rather went to iCare Bangalore to get quick resolution on it. The staff doesnt know how to empathise with customers. You get better treatment at a grocery store.
