Wont recommend this place for anyone. Owner is mannerless and doesnt treat people right. Worst customer service. Staff is negligent and the owner will blame directly on customers for their own mistakes. And rates are higher compared to other print shops. Minting more money from customers with higher rates has made them arrogant and loaded with unnecessary attitude. Would recommend people to print at Bencad works opp Nita Sarees. Best customer service and staff will always take care of your need.

Good service; but a Congested place. The place is full of printers and other units. Crowded with waiting customers at times who need work to be done. When I visited the place nobody available to attend to myrequirements. Waited for 15 minutes but still no one free to attend to me. Eventually had to leave and seek my printing requirements else where.

This is one of the most frequented place for printing needs. Suraj. Com is well equipped with variety of options in terms of medium of printing. The list would include normal digital printing,high resolution scanning of documents, printing of stickers, sticker flex, banners, foam boards, sign boards on aluminum baseplate, large size printing of survey plans, printing of ID cards. They also have a design team who can assist you in your designing. Business cards, brochures, mugs.

Owner really helpful. Everything is very organised.

The owner is manner less. Operators do not know how to do page setting and shows ego to customer. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. Even near by printing binding places are far better than this.

Owner is exceptionally money minded and rude person. no respect for women. had a very bad experience. had charged extra for everything and when told about the same became very aggressive. quality of binding for the thesis was pathetic. will never recommend. there are numerous other options in Goa to go for good printing and binding. please avoid him.

Very rude and no ethics to deal with customer. May be coz of their business have gone to a large scale. But one must keep in mind that it wouldnt take much time to reach the bottom.

Service is terrible. I got passed from staff member to staff member, none of whom made any effort or even stopped and looked at me to find out what I needed. Nobody wants to see you or help you. If you go here, prepare to feel invisible.

I get all my printing work done here so I thought their work would be as good when it comes to printing on t-shirts. I asked for a sample t-shirt but the owner refused. After describing the process to me, and me making it very clear to him that I didnt want the image to look like a patch, I get a real shoddy end result. Not only was the printing horrifyingly dull, it looked it was stuck on the t-shirt. Each shirt cost 1000 to get printed and quite honestly it wasnt worth 150.The t-shirt printing here is a humongous ripoff. Im extremely disappointed. I feel cheated out of 2000 rupees. It was an incredibly unintelligent decision on my part to get t-shirts printed here. He gives you A3 and A4 Suze images, charges 250 for A4 and double for A3. The images printed are not clear.Very sad that he doesnt deliver quality for the kind of prices he charges for t-shirt printing.

Took full money in advance and still did not deliver on time. It was supplies for my brand new business and first order - which I had explained to them clearly. Gave a whole bunch of BS reasons later on and the man had no remorse for what he had done. In fact, he was making light of the whole matter. Terrible experience, never going back there.

They seem to have sooo much work that basic courtesy gets lost.
