Cafe Parab serves probably one of the best chicken xacuti in Goa. The xacuti is available only on Wednesday and Friday and you have to be lucky to get the xacuti plus Pao combo and they run out of it pretty quick. The place is pretty basic so go there with the only intention of enjoying the food. On all days they serve the Goan Fish Thali. I havent had that yet but even in 2020, the owner has priced a decent looking thali at just Rs.60! Thats insane. Even the chicken xacuti plus Paos which really got me full costed just Rs.90.. hats off to this legend.

They serve only 2 items fish thali and chicken thali or chicken pao. The taste is just amazing, if you are not fussy about the location and ambiance just go here and have their food. Chicken is served only on Wednesday and Friday. Its gets over fast, you might have to wait for sometime to get a table here. Go here between 1-2pm
