An old antique statue is kept on rubber tyres sleeping in the lobby area. There is no description of the statue nor how old the statue is. The display of books on Goan history is just left uncleaned.This is how our artifacts are displayed in Goa. Hope the director/vigilance officer will take a note and do some improvement.

Very friendly security guard at reception ,important to know hand baggage is not allowed inside to searching birth certificates for security reasons so leave your baggage in car and carry a small purse a pen and your cellphone. Lunch timings is 12.45 to 2.15.

Lunch break Timing mismatch on the website and in the department building... On the website working time shown as 9.45am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 4 pm but in the archeology building at mala it is displayed as 9.45am to 12.45 pm and 2.15pm to 4pm. This is very confusing and caused hardship to me today.
