Their laptop do not last more than few weeks, I humbly urge you not to buy from them. They will commit about warranty, do not get swayed away there is no warranty as such, all you will end up is running around and then you finally end up getting it fixed somewhere else. Phone calls are only answered for new sales, there will only be disappointed for post-sales or services. You can be rest assured that you will need service in the first week i got three laptops from them and none are in proper running condition one month post sales. Stay away away from concavity solutions, do not waste time here there are other good stores nearby.

Very Slow People plus they dont do work properly, In my case, my hp notebook 7th generation, they broke its base + for screen repairing they charged me 5000 but not done well,my experience is not good at all, I prefer not to visit this place
