This is a wonderful place walking distance from nevisky centre. Ambience is very good.Staff is extremely courteous. Food is of top quality. Daal makhaani is better than any authentic Indian restaurant in saint Petersburg. Butter paneer is very tasty. Menu has wide variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Excellent set of starters as well. Sweet dish and desserts are amazing.Quantity of servings is good and prices are also very reasonable. Indian and Pakistani cooks give you the best taste of the countries. A must visit in saint Petersburg.Special mention for cook Mr Vinay thakur for the best daal makhaani and Butter paneer.Steward Mr Ali is a thorough professional and needs a special appreciation for his services. Owner Mr shezad is a wonderful guy..making sure that the guests get the best of the treatment. All foodies should not miss this wonderful place. Great Punjab...is really great.

Absolutely delicious food! We came here 2-3 times a day to eat, food was always on point and no complaints whatsoever! We have tried other Indian / Pakistani restaurants and nothing beats this restaurant. Food was lovely and staff were very nice. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. The service is 10/10 and caters your needs. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Excellent Punjabi Indian food in St Petersberg. The staff is very polite and the ambience of the place is great.We ordered Kadai paneer, Lahori choley, Laccha Paratha and Salted lassi. The Kadai paneer was amazing...very authentic taste and very well prepared...its a must try here!Lahori choley was great as well. The Laccha parathas were crisp and upto the mark.All in all a very good place for Indian/Punjabi/Mughlai food. Highly recommended.

Nice food. Nice people. Service is fast. Food is warm and fresh. Waiter, Ali is very nice and helpful with food. Masala tea is nice and the pot is big enough for about 4 cups.

Loved the food. Unlike other places, the spice level of this place is very good. We are vegetarians and we were very happy with our choices and taste here. Ask for Ali, he made the experience even better. Very professional and his suggestions worked great.

Amazing food! The tea was spectacular. Very kind and friendly service. The ambience was cozy, calm, and nice. The whole saloon smelled excellent giving it a great exotic vibe. The only suggestion I would make is to put some sort of mantle or tablecloth on the tables to avoid the plates sliding over the glass which is a bit uncomfortable when youre eating. The waiter speaks English (was also very handsome 😉) and he asked us if we wanted the food to be spicy, medium spicy or no spicy at all, which was a great gesture. I definitely recommend the place.

We had drinks, starters as well and dinner with deserts. Overall my experience was great! The staff were both kind and active. Everything was done in a professional and respectful manner without them making you wait unnecessarily . ofcourse there’s gonna be a next time.

Very good quality Indian food. Good variety in the menu. Located just in the city centre right across metro station on blue line . The only drawback is that it is little expensive compared to other Indian places, and they don’t accept card payment.

I have been visiting Great Punjab Indian restaurant since 2018 during my business and personal trips to Russia. Having tried most of the Indian restaurants in St Petersburg, I strongly recommend this restaurant for authentic Indian food in vegetarian and non vegetarian. Earlier Bilal Bhai and Kamran Bhai used to service us here, now Bilal Bhai is joined by Usman Bhai and continuing the legacy of great food with homely treatment. Thank you for great food, warm welcome and taking care during all the visits. Special thanks to Bilal Bhai for serving all the request with smile and always asking for situation back home in India / other Asian countries.
