The builders have bad reputation in their previous project (Prithvi complex) in shirgaon location palghar west. Have a look at the quality of construction at this site before investing in any of their new projects. Water connection is yet not received since 2013 because gharpatti were not transffered in buyers name. residents of prithvi complex are bearing 50 rs everyday to buy RO water. Think twice before investing with them....
