Well planned township..

It was a worst experience ever.the staff in borivali office is just lazy to do anything. They damaged a live cheque of mine just as it is. Moreover they are not helping me at all to get my cheque back from the bank .It was a processing refund cheque from HDFC. It was a very unprofessional experience from IPSIT staff. They had shown me something else and were giving some other flat .The agent who was dealing with me left or was removed in between. Be safe and secure

Construction looks lil bit weak, as the fillings between the blocks are not proper...they assure that there will be final inspection during the tym of possession...but I still doubt during monsoon there will be leakage problem from the wall, apart from that flats are spacious, if u r investing u hv to wait for many years to get good return.

Upcoming residential as well as commercial complex to the west of Palghar, is located on Navodaya Vidyalaya road some 5 kms from Palghar.

Decent property quite far from palghar station .. I was almost about to buy a flat but didnt as every time their communication was different which was annoying. Some or the other hidden prices of the flat. The current price is way too high compared to mumbai. I bought a flat in virar which offered me around same rates.

Pride hotel ambience and food very good and reasonable.

In my personal experience, IPSIT is not doing commitment on time, .They had given me atleast 4 different dates of possession since 1 year.
