A nice place,and amazing property to buy. A peacefull place 3K.M away from Palghar station.

This is a very beautiful project located at about 5km from Palghar station. The roads till the project is well constructed. You pass through lush green area which is so calm and peaceful. The surprising part of this project is that you have a beach at 0.5km from the project. Excellent location and connectivity to city. You can consider this for 1st home and 2nd home both.

Kotak properties is best place to get a holiday home and to people who like nature. They have good aminities like gym and swimming pool. Construction is Good, astecti of the building is decent. Dont hesitate to get one property.

Remotely located. Well surrounded by the lush green coconut and others trees. Maintenance needs to be improved.

Couldnt find a Negative Star, Bought a flat from them, 5 years post completion of the work, there is no water pump, jugaad builders, dont waste your hard earned money here, they promise and deliver inferior quality work. See the work for your self.Visit Uttara Complex, Chunnabatti, Tembode Satpati Road, Near Anand Vruddhashram, and see the work, ask the people staying over there.
