GOOD at cheating. Try to stick to your commitment. The product which I bought on December 2020 clearly says ONE YEAR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE and now when a defect surfaces you people are saying that it will not come under warranty. And since I was not there, my mother went there to inquire about this, but you people charged her for a repair (without any proper explanation on why the defect cannot be covered under warranty) wherein you should have replaced the product and by doing so now the warranty is void. I cant express how disappointed I am for choosing Poorvika over other sellers/online medium. Hope in future your to be customers realize the mistake which I did priorly.
