Gave the laptop for hard disk replacement ( since old laptop wanted to replace 2nd hand harddisk). They didnt even care to update status and be in contact with me for 3 weeks I had to call them and ask if a replacement is there. I called frequently, but they didnt attend call half the time. I didnt even recieve a call back for the missed calls.
