I cant even tell you how yummy mint leaf was. The starters and mains were delish. Staff truly attentive, friendly and plenty of staff around if i/we needed anything. Celebrating a special birthday and made a little fuss for my dad. Thank you

Amazing food. On the pricey side but you get what you pay for! The lunch menu is awesome and they do a happy hour where a pint of cobra is only £3.50! you have to try the soft shell crab 🦀!

Went to mint leaf as part of a diverse nights event. It was okay, service wasnt the best as we brought a package - wasnt worth the money spent. Music was good and the restaurant itself is nice.

Amazing ambiance, decor and very hospitable staff. My signature amaretto sour was done to perfection. Cocktails here are really good and theres happy hour😏. Best calamari I have had. (Busaba dethroned). The chicken tikka and the main were okay as well. Texture on the basmati rice was A1. Mango cheesecake was not too sweet which I like;wish it could have been slightly bigger lol. Still the best Indian I have had worldwide

Amazing restaurant , nice food and good environment. But since I went there I have been having terrible stomach pain, I think I got food poisoned but my partner who had different dish did not so just bad luck for me. Other than that its a nice place .

Overpriced and massively underwhelming... The seekh kebab was absolutely dry and the stuffed naan was basically empty! Unfortunately they try to justify the food and prices by being in Central, but the quality just wasnt up to scratch

Food was relatively ok. Disappointed that they had no vegan wines whatsoever. Especially in this day and age where many establishments are becoming more aware of their clientele and making the effort of catering for ‘all’.The manager demonstrated he didn’t care in the slightest and lacked empathy by repeatedly saying ‘there is no demand for vegan wines. And whats the point, it’s only filtered through fish guts still tastes the same’ - obviously completely missing the point in what the vegan philosophy is about. Even if you don’t understand something, show a little compassion. I would have thought an establishment as this one in the area it is in the manager would have been more sensitive to the topic and why I was asking for vegan wines in the first place.

For an authentic Indian cuisine, go to mint leaf only, fantastic collection of wines too. Try pairing wine with india food

I have mixes feelings about this place. The place is great, the service excellent but I was a little bit disappointed about the food itself. It was good but I was expecting something more on the « amazing » side. We also waited for a very long time to get our food (around 45 minutes). My rating is 3 stars because the food was good and people great, but I will not come back another time.

Visited about 8-10 years ago for cocktails at the end of the night with 3 friends. Disgruntled employee behind the bar made us free cocktails for a couple of hours or so. Cant complain.No idea how good it is these days, not very judging from other reviews.I think I’ve dreamt about leaving this review at least one, strange sense of deja vu.

Place is centrally located and ambience is good. It has a good collection of food and wine. Food taste is however just average, not much to write about. You can find much better Indian food at any other places in city.

Very good service. Tasty food but limited drink choice since I found only 2 rum brands on the menu both 18yo plus. Maybe there was more at the bar but not on the table menu.

First time visit. Found the bar really nice and cosy. Staff were very attentive and professional. Would definitely come back again. Lovely place for a drink and chat. Red wine, especially the malbec was absolutely amazing.

I always had a good experience in this place, however this time it was let done by the service. The non alcoholic cocktail was a bit tasteless and we were handed the wrong credit card for the tab.I was going to leave a 2 star, but the manager was great at rectifying the problem on the spot.

The overall rating is explained a lot about this place. I visited the restaurant this afternoon for a lunch. The food quality is -1, feel sick after eating. Overly priced- horrible food quality, and not a nice staff. Don’t waste time and money- there are other nice places out.

Must say the food is excellent, flavours spot on. I was on a vegetarian menu but loved the food. Selection of drinks is also excellent. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Taking a star off only for that. Ill come back for the food!

One of worst restaurants in London. The prices are way over the top. Got the order wrong and then refused to take Taste card by advising that in December Taste card is not accepted. They never advised at the outset but at the end.Food was not great and paid around £200 for 2 people for such small amount of food. Complete RIP Off.

Reason for 2 Stars - I had ordered Mixed Platter for 2 and had specifically asked to make sure there was no Shrimp in the platter and had mentioned that I am allergic to Shrimp. I was assured that there wasnt any and yet when the plate came, I found Shrimp in it and had to return it and wait another 20 minutes for food to come. Really bad customer service IMHO.Now to rest, they have a great selection of drinks. The food (except the shrimp episode) was definitely above par. The place has great vibes & I would have definitely been a repeat customer if not for their ignorance on my allergies.

Interesting menu that didnt quite live up to the level I was expecting. The food was rustic modern, on the heavier side of flavor. The lamb was excellent. Wine by the glass was limited. Service was great. Bread was divine, the perfect chewy crumb and crunchy crust.

We took some important Business partners to Mintleaf lounge for an important dinner, the food and the service were excellent. We received a very warm welcome on arrival from a beautiful and very polite young lady and then the service and the food were excellent. I would highly recommend using this restaurant for business or pleasure.Fairly regular visitor here. Dinner with myfriend. Food really very good. Service friendly and efficient - waiter Jack. Ambiance good. Will be back.

Great food and brilliant venue to hold an event or function. Highly recommend the upstairs Mezzanine private bar area upstairs. Came for my birthday and my friends all had a brilliant time!

A very cosy restaurant offering a great selection of food and drinks. The food is well presented with the portions are reasonable. Be warned that the menu is very much on the pricy side. For me this place is more of a special occasion venue than a regular eatery. The restaurant is tucked away down a side street so takes a bit of finding.

There are private dining rooms. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fabulous and perfect for business lunch. The food is adorable. Its worth the money, we were treated in a perfect way. 1st class service and the waitresses are polite.

I read the good reviews on google and went. What a mistake! Are google reviews no longer trust worthy? The portions are tiny, £24 for lamb rogen josh and £5 for small bowl of plain basmati rice. Never have I been to a Indian restaurant and got under fed! We complained to the manager about he portion size he simply said he will feed back, no apology no compensation. It was terrible experience overall.

I had been to Mint leaf couple of times. The food is just amazing. If your are really looking for a good Indian curry, you should visit this place. Do try Lamb Rogan josh, it’s very tender and great mix of spice . For the starters mix platter would give you taste of variety of dishes. Ambience and service is very good. Nearest station is Bank.

Amazing cocktails and never too busy.

The restaurant is hidden away in a small courtyard off the main street and provides a good option for lunch and evenings. During lunch they serve some lunch menus that are quite good value given the location and the type of restaurant.In the evening the place gets busy with workers from the city going there for a cocktail and maybe having a meal afterwards. The cocktails are good, but nothing special. Food is also good, especially the kebabs are really tasty.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and so are the cocktails. However it is very expensive and the service lets it down (slow, inattentive considering the price you pay). Id they could improve the service to match the price, Id add another star.

Food wasnt that good. The venison was hard to chew and we returned it. The place was cold and this is during winter, I asked them a few times and nothing was done about it although they said they put the heating on higher.

This restaurant has, in my opinion, the perfect formula for an Indian business lunch.The atmosphere is comfortable, tables well spaced and the noise levels are more than acceptable.The food, whilst distinctively Indian is served in a Western manner, so you each choose a starter, main and dessert rather than the sometimes less than comfortable sharing of dishes with acquaintances. It is well prepared and presented.On top of this, if you book through OpenTable you will receive 1,000 reward points rather than the normal 100.

The only good dish is chicken curry. Everything else is very bland. The creme brulee is like a sugar bomb.

Cheese naan got plenty cheese and flavors in it.Great service: smiley and helpful. We had a business lunch so it wasn’t that busy, there is a cloakroom.Good atmosphere: quiet and suitable for a business lunch. Not sure about dinners.Quite pricey: it is just around Bank so you can expect this. One starter is about £13 and curry comes around £25. Settings is very nice and fancy, dont do proper Cobra, just some IPA spin off.. Hover food was nice, not exceptional but nice- it was very over priced for the food that was served..i keep saying nice as thats all i can think of - each dish avgs £25 for that i want outstanding!!I suppose its a city price- my suggestion would be to go a bit further for better quality and cheaper food- Service was excellent !

I came from Paris, booked a table with credit card for me and family to dine after a show. We arrived 8mn late and despite having received SMS confirmation, we were told our table was cancelled and kitchen closed because we did not confirm the booking by phone as well. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible!! Never ever again!!!

Mint Leaf is a little oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. Looking at the comforting lighting and warmth of the interiors one would immediately forget about the cabling and wires back at the office. Their food is served with a smile and their chef is a perfectionist and you can meet him in person if you book a space on the Chefs table right opposite him. Try the Lamb Chops you will not be disappointed...

Popped in here with a friend last night for a drink on the way home after work. Definitely on the pricier end of the market with most cocktails around the £10 mark. But service was quick and friendly and the two cocktails we had were tasty and made with good fresh ingredients. It was fairly quiet when we were here, 7pm on a Thursday, and it didnt look like food was being served at the time. We easily found seats at the bar and there were tables free too.Music wasnt too loud which meant we were able to hold a conversation easily enough. Due to the prices Id probably only pop in here for one or two drinks, or use the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail if I was eating here too. Although the menu did seem to state there was a happy hour on Mondays and Tuesdays... although thats far too early in the working week to make good use of it!

Nice bar and deco. But expensive and the manager had a fight with one of the waitresses - very physical and terrible to see/hear. Totally ruined the evening.

Restaurant looks nice. Food was cold, even when it was hot it nice. Service was sloppy. We were overcharged on the bill then had to dispute it will staff for an hour before they finally accepted their mistake. Food is overpriced and they are pushy with getting you to buy drinks.

Nice atmosphere and good decor but thats it. The vegetarian food was not good, the starters were bland and the main meal was just as bad. For the price you pay you would expect a lot better. The meat eaters with me enjoyed the starters but even their main meal was nothing special. Theres a lot better Indian food available elsewhere in London.
