I had complaint about their cake multiple time but no action still the old worst pineapple cake provided. They came and collected cake for testing but no reply or any actionCake is not upto the mark they adding some jam on top of cake and cake is like uppumavu.We couldnt able to make it pieces.Worst service ever I faced

One of the worst experience in my entire life.We have ordered birthday designer cake 3 days before. And they were promising that we can do whatever design we will share. Once the design was given they were like you have to areange the cake in your home. After few conversations we agree that it will arranged in just bake and we agreed to take the responsibility whatever happens to cake once it is transporting.And on birthday morning we called them and they confirmed that the cake is ready.And when we went to the bakery they were like we didnt order your order and there has been a miscommunication.And the careless behaviour of lady in bakery made us more angry.Guys, make sure to confirm thoroughly before buying the cake.They just ruined my daughters first birthday

So I wanted to order a cake during this covid days. And I stay quiet away from the palakkad town. But the Just bake team really helped me with that. They were quick in responding , very polite, made sure I received the order on time. Much appreciated. And lastly the cake was Yum.😋.

I have odered cake about 30+ times from just bakes.. For all clinic celebrations and family celebrations...My favourite is Irish coffee... It doesnt mean tats only good flavour...Vancho , German divinity , fruit of forest , and lot more. Tried all flavors and at palakkd my favourite shop for cake is just bakes... ❤️❤️

Excellent services during covid times. Ordered 4 cakes in total, all delivered well and fresh at door steps following covid protocols. Enjoyed the new brazilian vanilla flavor introduced recently. Overall good experience with Just Bakes. Their customer since 2019.

Bought rainbow pastry from just bake and it was not good at all. We wanted to try before giving order for birthday cake. Really disappointed.

Worst experience ever..... online delivery is pathetic.... amidst corona they were not ready to go for a doorstep delivery on top of that they never mention these until our final payment is done... misleading website.... no accurate details provided in site.... we ordered for a cake nd that was not available in the counter.....i wont recommend this bakes to any...

Pathetic .. placed an order for a simple white forest birthday cake(since it was Christmas Eve) they committed to a next delivery at 10:30am 500/- advance paid.. Surprise surprise they say the cake is not ready.. and then the excuse that delivery has not come...then they promised a 3pm delivery for a birthday function in the morning..never trust them for birthday cakes... it was really embarrassing ...I would recommend another cake shop anytime..

Do not try ordering online for home deliveries. They will not deliver it. Once you made the payment then only they will let you know about the non availability of home delivery and you have to pick it up from the store. Finally picked it from the store and when cut it then realised that it was different flavour than ordered. Disappointed !!! :-(

Good thing about them is they have variety of cake options even for half kg which makes them different from the other cake shops. Friendly and courteous staff with variety of food items to relish on. Also, give their donuts a try as its tasty as well though they have limited flavours.

One of the worst bakers in Palakkad. You can see the picture to evident their product quality. I ordered those cutlets from them for a VIP gathering and upon opening the box I found the condition of the cutlets are as such. They only got the Franchise of Just Bake Bangalore and producing the items on their own with low quality products and by un professional chefs. DONT BE A VICTIM OF THIS LOW QUALITY BAKERS.

Utter useless people.... i ordered 6 kg cake which cost 6000 rs and they didnt provide any happy birthday labels or writings and they dont have any proper box for that... when i complained, staffs are just responding with thier mouths opened....never will refer or choose this just bakes palakkad,.....when i send mail they dont have a manners to respond....beware....of giving big orders to them...
