Though the staff in the shop is courteous and helpful it appears that their technical personnel responsible for executing the order seems to be deficient in expertise. For my wife the fittings had to be changed three times and still results are not at all satisfactory. Though they state that there is a warranty for 13 months I feel reluctant to approach them again for rectification as I am not sure whether the fittings will be done correctly.
