I got my Acer laptop which was under warranty after almost 6 months in the month of Jan2020 after following up like anything.

Truly terrible experience. I gave them my Acer swift 3 laptop for service after a screen flickering issue in July-end and had to do multiple, tiring rounds of follow-ups and literally had to push them into getting the job done. It took 2 months for them to give my laptop back. Starting last week, the laptop has now started showing new issues. For instance, the w key has now stopped working. I urge anyone who is planning to take their laptop to these people, to think twice.

Its been more than four months, they hadnt delivered my friends laptop yet. Worst service provider ever.
