Great consultation and effective medicine. But poor coordination among staff. Tele consultation is fine but inefficient pharmacy operations and unprofessional staff.Need to do better with pharmacy.

Worst behaviour:Unwillgness to listenRudeNo respectNot even a percent of professionalismOverlap during our conversation without listeningOverall pathetic experience.They collected fee of 300 rupees in advance before the doctor consulation and once you enter for consultation the behaviour of doctor irritate. Considering the respect we have with doctor professional didnt say a word there. Writing here to ensure any new patient doesnt get into same situation. Have many other reviews and found most of them have experienced the same and still it continues. Could have read the reviews before consultation.

For starters the online booking system is a sham. Money gets deducted but you wouldnt get any confirmation sms or email. Neither do the folks pick up calls after that or confirm ur booking. I wonder why the docs in Palakkad have become money minded bots.

Extremely knowledgeable doctor and they treat the patient very nicely also economical and friendly atmosphere.

Ive never consulted a doctor like Thulika. Very rude and unprofessional. Not just behavior is bad, her treatment didnt cure my skin problem as well.

I consulted at Derma Tone with the so called doctor there for black heads type pimple present on my face on which i had to wait a hell lot to consult and come back another day for removing such a small pimple because the high head weight (jada) doctor has specific days for removing kuru🤣 it seems!And the day i came for removing it what i witnessed there was the rude behaviour of the doctor to the staffs there which i still remember. Never saw a doctor behaving this rude.After bearing all the huge head weight of the doctor she suggested laser treatment for the removal of pimple and ensured there wont b any spots remaining there after, now i am writing this review after an year still there is that black spot remaining on my face. And also it started spreading on my face later on.Whereas i consulted another doctor for the same case the doctor did some another method i am not sure with the medical name of that treatment on d same day and removed it within 5 mins and within a day there was not even a spot remaining.Derma tone is a huge waste of time with a service of huge head weight.Will nevr refer anyone there.
