Very bad customer handling .. i have gone there for harddisk case and to be service but they totaly ignored me because my bill wont reach at thier wish.. just basic amount around 600 to 800.. but there comes new customers for laptops so they gone for them and started complete avoiding me..i asked the man who sits thers why it is late so he said that u have to wait until the other customers finish purchases.. why should i wait there ? Only this store have the thing i wanted..?? Very bad experience for me.. i dont recommend this shop to anyone.. please dont go there and waste your time guys

Very bad service that i have ever seen.. I went there due to my laptop keyboard complaint and the reason they told was screen was dusty and asked to me to buy cleaner from them and I bought. Also replaced keyboard with 3 months warranty. Within 3 months I changed the keyboard 2 times from there due to complaint at last the 3 rd time they told warranty gets over and it cant be replaced.Also my sister and one of my friend went there for laptop wifi complaint and software complaint and the solution they suggesting was to replace key board without even testing. For all complaints they are suggesting to replace keyboard.It is very bad and the behaviour with customer also very rude. They are selling the used & low quality products. And the silly thing was they ask you to replace keyboard for all complaints. It was confirmed from my personal experience.

Very bad experience.The owner is a shrewd businessman who talks very well prior to the sale/service. Once the sale was carried out,he turned out to be a very rude and impolite person.

I finally got my computer back today. I made the mistake of purchasing a second hand computer from their shop. It lasted less than a month and after my purse was emptied by giving it for repair to them. Although a second hand computer is not guaranteed, they can show a little humanity in repairing damage. Neither I nor my friends will ever suggest them. Staffs are polite. But the firm has no decency in buying money.

Very bad service. I gave my laptop for repair and when I received it keyboard was not working. When I informed them about the same they were very rude and started shouting. The owner Vijayan said we have mental issues and are just blaming it on them. They didnt even have the basic decency to find the problem and try to fix it. Now I have a laptop with a dysfunctional keyboard and mouse pad. Hope no one else has the same problem as us.

Its a multi branded computer showroom. They have two shops in Palakkad Town. The shop located at HPO ROAD is a exclusive store for ASUS Computers. The shop located opposite to Bismi supermarket is a multi branded sales outlet.

Sold pre activated/used laptop to my sister as new. Manufacturers warranty remaining was only for 5 months for a new laptop. Realised when she tried to extend warranty. When contacted Vijay, he was extremely rude and said is our problem and get lost.

They changed the store into official ASUS store!!It was a nice experience in the storeVery good serviceMost of them know about computers and its specsParking is ok but not so goodI think the major problem is that we cant experience a laptop because they are some laptops for display and cant be switched on,we can just buy a laptop by seeing their specsBut most of the computer stores in Palakkad is also like thatBut I think they only sell laptops Because before they changed to an official ASUS store they were selling lot of computer accessories ( even I buyed some of it from there)Btw overall its a nice store and you will get laptops that are not even in stock in online!!

Worst service.... there were 2 staffs both of them dont even know RAM.... i walked in to the store at 4pm and one lady told me she doesnt know anything but she can bill anything on the showcase just i was about to buy a ink cartridge for my printer another lady walks in and said i cant buy anything and told me to leave.... i was putting togather a computer an i litraly saw all the things that i want... keyboard, ram , ink cartridge .... but they simply kicked me out just because they dont know what it is..... worst service ever
