We got our now 3.5 month old Bella from Favourite pets. She is a super energetic healthy baby. I had no experience with any pets and she is my first. Was really afraid to buy a house dog from an unknown resource. But favourite pets proved that they can be trusted. My puppy never had any health or other kind of issue so far. As a first time pet owner I had so many questions, I am not a resident of pala/kottayam so I have never got a chance to visit the store again after collecting my puppy, but the owner is still ready to help with any queries I have over phone or a chat. Absolutely happy that I chose favourite pets to get my Bella baby.

Worst place ever.!Don’t take ur pets there guys if u wanna see them alive. Our kitten was taken for grooming to favourite pets couple of weeks back and soon after that he fell sick with a fatal illness which was supposedly contracted from the pet shop during the grooming session.They also handle pets in a very rude way, very traumatic experience for pets.Never go to them..

Cost is too high.i bought ph testing kit and it cost 180Rs,but in other Stores ,it costs only 140Rs.Mrp sticker is replaced with 180 rs sticker.

It is quiet spacious and I think you can get all kinds of pet aid and advice here including details of dog breeders. There is parking space available in front of the shop however its not too large.
