Very poor customer service. Bought an hp laptop from this shop.Suffered a lot because of the quality of the laptop and delays from the shop. They werent willing to replace the defective laptop.Now the laptop is useless and I abondanded the same after numerous services.I had to replace 90% of the laptop parts within first 3 years. Luckily I had the extended warrenty.Recently went for a spare part.They arent even looking at the customers there.When I wanted to buy a laptop led screen they said it is not available. When I asked if they can order the same for me,they said they have no idea when it will arrive. I went to almost all other shops in palai and most of them said they can get the screen replaced in 2 days!Dont give laptops here for service even if it is under warrenty. They will give the laptop with another complaint and so many scratches. Better to contact the service centre directly as most of the companies have onsite repairs.Never recommended.

I had been their customer since 2006.When shops like LuLu Connect ,reliance digital ,croma are competing to sell cheaper and smarter with wider choice of product And they have reached even in our premises .But Rex,They never knew the world has changed. They dont have even a POS machine or computerized bill i wonder in this era.Also there prices and rates are on high side .From my recent experience with them .really disappointing attitude and experience.
