Pretty much slow in deliveries even to Trivandrum or Cochin. It will take 3 days minimum.Rate is ok

Professional couriers with unprofessional peoples.when i ask about my packet @kottayam office they said that item we had already sent to pala.then i contact pala office they said the item is not received here it is still in kottayam office.after two months of waiting finally reached in my hands .it was reaceved at kottayam on 30 march2020 .i got it on 23 may 2020.Due to covid my packet get delayed.

Horrible experience and very rude behaviour towards customer with zero responsibility in delivering the courrier to the home address. A very indifferent attitude is shown and refused to give any proper guidance or amicable solution. Refused to deliver amazon product also and delivery address is 5 minutes from courrier office.
