Decent departmental store that has almost all the household needs. But do not expect product ranges as in Nilgiris. The advantages are, you can get fresh ground Leo coffee powder and they open by 8:00 AM which is earlier than Nilgiris.

Worst customer service. Sold old Arokia milk product. Refused to accept the spoilt milk when demanded. The manager is very rude. He is refusing to provide the owner contact if i have to speak with the owner. I have been a customer for 3 years and the behaviour of the manager made me feel bad. The shop was good 2 years ago. Now it is not good. The crowd has reduced a lot. They think loosing the customer is not a great deal. My personal experience is bad and I would not recommend to anyone. I will never ever purchase here. I advise People who are nearby Mandri, ETA Star, Hindustan University better get in other stationary outlets. 25 rupees of milk is not a big deal or difference to me. But the way I have been treated is very very bad.
