I raise a ticket about 18 days back after physically visiting the office, mentioning that due to the rains there are seepage issue in my villa. The CRM team representative Sivaprasath, who had asked me to email with the details didnt bother to respond. And after I did a couple of follows up, I received an email that they would have someone visiting in two days time. Nobody showed up. Again a follow up email. Again the same tailored response of two days time. And I am still waiting. So that has been my experience so far. I will update you when my grievance is addressed.
