I am not a native of paderborn but visited recently. Taste of food is good and worth but what I really didnt like is owners attitude. He was shouting at the staff for silly reasons like anything. He should learn how to handle the staff. I wont recommend this hotel.

This place is really good. The food here has authentic taste of India. Ambiance is great with big wallpaper describing India. Staff are friendly. I recommend everyone to try this restaurant atleast once.

The behaviour of the lady Chef was very BAD and as customers we were expecting a respectful attitude from the staff. But the staff were so rude to the customers and almost treated us like thieves. At first we were forced to buy drinks which we were least interested and later instead of a polite request we received almost a threat like warning from the Chef that we will be fined for the unfinished food. Looks like these people have forgotten the minimum values of hospitality and customer relationship. The overall atmosphere was highly UNPLEASANT AND HOSTILE. And for the people who wish to spend a pleasant and peaceful evening, I would rather suggest other local shops or restaurants.

Do not spoil your evenings. Surprisingly, only the male chef was arrogant with customers when I first went. But at this point, there is a woman and she is inconsistent with customers and her attitude is at its peak. Her expressions are like she is offering free food. Food quality is average. A short message to Lady Chef, we are paying the bill for you. We do not eat food for free. Be polite with customers.

Food tastes like the real deal out of India. Very, very delicious. Another plus, they label the food to inform you whats Vegan,Vegetarian or Meat and how spicy the food is. Staff is nice and helpful. Interior is nice I guess, not my style though. Totally recommend this place.

Food is good they have several choices of meat, vegetarian dishes, dessert, great naan. I am gladly going back monthly for a good buffet dinner.

If you are searching for quality, this is wrong place. And if you are vegetarian, the price isnt worth it.... Everything was below quality and their homemade rule to compulsory order drink per person was worst thing I hve ever experienced... Such a greedy behavior... I would never recommend to throw money... There are many other good options in paderborn.... Totally wasted

The manager was very arrogant and food there was also not so good .Since i am vegitarian i wanted to eat some indian dishes, but i was very dissapointed since rice items were very Cold and Curry doesnt taste like indian . Curries were also very oily. I would seriously not recommend it .2 stars are for Sweets.

Nice Indian buffet 👌at nominal rate.Different types of flitters, salads, Dahi vade, na an, rice dishes, sheer kurma, kheer, rasagulla (can be improved) etc.. one thing which we didnt like it was we were forced to buy drinks. We spent close to 3 hours in the restaurant. Ambience was very good and it was nice to spend quality time with family and friends.

We were at the indikitchen in Paderborn today. The restaurant has been in Paderborn for a week. Nice ambience, freshly prepared Indian food at the buffet, nice staff and everything is very clean there. That was missing in Paderborn ... Absolutely to be recommended !!!

Central location directly on Marienplatz. Very tasty (exclusively Indian) dishes, including an all-you-can-eat buffet. If you like it exotic, youve come to the right place. Clear recommendation!

Have ordered take away. The butter chicken was really exceptionally tasty. Ill be back!

I was in both indicitchen Bielefeld and Paderborn. Since I come from India, I can safely say that the food in Indicitchen Paderborn is below average. In addition, they have their own rules according to which you MUST have drinks that you do not mention when ordering. Someone will just show up while having lunch or dinner and ask you to order a drink, and the boss was very rude when asked about it (since this was not mentioned anywhere on the menu, on the website, and nobody mentioned this when ordering, the boss said `` its our rule and we dont need to mention it anywhere )I would not recommend this restaurant (not because of the drink rule) for Indian food as the food was not particularly good.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, good atmosphere. Unfortunately, however, only a small buffet with mostly spicy dishes that are labeled, but dishes that are not labeled as hot contain spiciness. For people who are not used to sharpness, unfortunately not recommended.

Its a very good restaurant in Paderborn. I went to eat there with my wife and we were very satisfied because the food was really excellent. Incidentally, it is a self-service restaurant like the Phönix or the Shangrila Paderborn. It is offered lamb in different sauces, also duck and if Im not mistaken, chicken and other things. My wife and I loved the lamb, which was really tender.

The price / performance ratio does not fit anywhere. There is hardly any variation, there was hardly any taste difference between the meat dishes on offer, only in the spiciness and color of the sauce, and there was almost no choice for dessert either.

We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and the quality of the dishes offered at the buffet. All dishes were well marked according to their degree of spiciness. Even the guest who is not necessarily a curry fan will always find something in the selection. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Of particular note is the friendliness of the entire staff. Stayed in indicitchen last weekend. Were immediately led to the reserved table.And waited and waited. The waitresses preferred to clear tables and re-stock.After inquiring twice, someone came to take a drink.The buffet looked pretty good. However, the dishes all tasted the same and were very, very spicy.The desserts were fairly clear and unfortunately didnt taste particularly good.Too bad.

The staff is extremely friendly, the non-alcoholic cocktails were very, very tasty. For that matter eat: I would not eat Indian but like spicy, but it usually is, too much of what is not clear. Unfortunately not in this restaurant. It was badly and indistinctly marked what is sharp and what is not. It was almost everything except sharp salad and nachtischbar. That was a shame, so that the food was inedible for me. The variety was ... so-so. I know better but it was fine for people who like spicy! For this reason, I give 3 stars. For me, this restaurant is unfortunately out of the question.

FOOD OKAY - BAD MANAGEMENT _____ The buffet was okay, not really authentic Indian, and everything was in similar tasting sauces, the fried variations unfortunately dry and too crispy, salad bar just a simple standard. Very disappointing the dessert, there is nothing really sweet and tasty.But what is not possible in indikitchen: The manager Mr. M. mobs against his (mostly foreign) staff, and even shouts at the guests. The service staff appear stressed and intimidated. A disgruntled boss even asked a female service worker to clean the toilets. The girl burst into tears ... Furthermore, in the indikitchen PB the tip is not completely passed on or shared between the employees and service staff, but the boss manages it for his own purposes ... Too bad about the indikitchen concept, which is under this management doesnt get another chance from me.

Cheeky boss!I went to Indi Kitchen with a friend today. The selection was not particularly large. The taste was okay, but nothing special. We both ate 4 plates together and only left half a chickpea ball, otherwise the plates were empty. When the boss saw this, he came up to our table and told us in an aggressive tone that leftover food will be charged extra. We did not put up with this and explained to him that we hardly left anything and that there is nowhere else that remainders are charged extra. He then became even more aggressive and claimed that this was his restaurant and that he could calculate what he wanted. Afterwards we could still see how he angrily hit the bar. So I am not surprised that before we came in there was only one other table occupied. This was the first and last time we were going to eat there!

Very tasty food and very nice staff

Very tasty and different a wide range curries and side dishes. Although it is a buffet, the meat is very tender and delicious cooked. The side dishes are also varied. Starting with several different types of rice, about pakoras, various vegetables, Palak Paneer and.Waitresses were all attentive and courteous.

Top food, good deals, however, it is often noticed when we visited the restaurant in our lunch break that the staff was treated inhumane also before and at the table .... the shopkeeper seems to be a NOGO!
