Have been here a few times for the buffet dinner and have always enjoyed the food. I mean who can complain about all you can eat Indian food!I don’t normally do the whole google review thing but went here again tonight with the family to celebrate a new arrival and the owner gifted us a bottle of red wine out of nowhere. Lovely gesture but again, all you can eat butter chicken and beef vindaloo!!!

Best Indian take away around! Lamb korma is delicious and beef masala. Garlic Naan was so fresh and yummy. Quick delivery and website easy to order. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting fresh delicious Indian food.

We decided to order off the menu instead of the buffet, the meal came, each curry was in a small pudding bowl and was luke warm. Really not good value for money ($10 extras per curry compared to their takeaway menu) which we wouldn’t have minded paying if the food was a bigger portion and hot. Very disappointed. Maybe order the buffet if you want value for money.

Had delivery 3 times food cold and late. If i am paying $8 for delivery i expect it to be on time and hot. Needless to say will be looking at other restaurants

I have seen a very strange bad report on this restaurant but its not true.The food is amazing every time and its a buffet eat as much you want.It is my favourite restaurant in Perth at the moment.

AWESOME Indian Buffet restaurant with a fully licenced bar. Excellent service and quality of food to decore to set up. Biggest selection of food I seem at a buffet or choose from the menu. All you can eat and the kids love it. It is a big resturant and can hold functions I believe. A must ..... just off Hepburn avenue. Been going there for over 15 years.

Just had the best Indian Buffet at Koh I Noor Restaurant Hepburn Heights beautiful decor friendly staff the food really really nice and warm which you do not find in most buffet will defiantly be back

I love this place some say its not really Indian food but I went today with my son and only just got in because its Diwali. For I really like about it is its a buffet you can keep going back to get more. $45 for 2 people.

Visited this incredible restaurant on the weekend. I went to order a la carte because Im vegan and the owner not only saved me money by pointing out all the vegan options on the buffet I could enjoy, but even brought me my own Navratan Korma which was the best Ive ever had. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Food is incredible. Service is impeccable and the warm family vibe is second to none.

Very much disappointed. I didnt have such a worst Indian taste. Quantity was very less compared to the price and there was no taste in the curry. Garlic naan didnt have garlic in it but it had a butter with turmeric and garlic spreaded on the naan and was of a bitter taste. Still have yellow fingers after washing hands with soap twice. Never going there again. Not at all recommended.

Now at an hour and 15 minutes.. they said on the way but still nothing.. called.. still no time frame. Wont be ordering again. Midweek performance very average!! Long ordering process and money taken quick but still no food!

Unfortunately the worst Indian Ive had. No flavour to the curries and dahl was undercooked. Naan was thick and chewy, and all our takeaway was cold. Wont be going here again

Great Buffet Food, music is perfect volume to be able to talk freely.. A+ table service, never feel rushed and very accommodating. And the food was amazing... Been to lots of different Indian restaurants and this is up there with the best. Atmosphere is authentic too!

Disappointed... over an hour and a half to arrive after multiple phone calls, being told 5 mins away and supposedly calling the driver. Everything was cold, raita and onion salad was a bit weird. The best bit was the poppadums!Avoid.Not to mention being told it was $5 for delivery at the beginning of my order and then being told at the end of my order; sorry youve not spent $40...

Sorry guys, but this was sadly the worst Indian Ive had. There was no tomato or onion in the Tomato and Onion salad. It was literally just chopped capsicum, no sauce or anything. The curries both had the same sauce base and were more like a soup. So much sauce! Ordered at 5pm and took over an hour and a half to arrive.

$29.50 is fantastic value for the all you can eat buffet they had on offer.

Eat as much as you like it always great. The quality of the food is good. BYO licence is handy.Its a good solid pick for locals and ever time Ive been here its awesome.The ambiance is a little stark. Dimming the lights just a tad would make a huge difference to the atmosphere.I will be back. 👍

Buffet is fair for the price of $32 on a Friday night .

Ordered a few dishes for take away, everything was extremely tasty and the spice levels were perfect for how they were described on the menu. The gentleman at the front counter provided great service. Would go again, maybe for dine in next time.

The selection of food was very goodThe butter-chicken dish is so tasty that a second helping is necessary.The lamb-korma is a delicacy.The vindaloo dish, I cant get enough of.And the desserts are lovely.Just finish it off with a coffee.And the service is outstanding,no pressure.

This used to be our favourite Indian take-away. But over the last couple of years the food isnt as good as it used to be. Like another recent reviewed stated, the meat seems to have gotten very dry and chewy. Sadly, weve stopped eating here (for the time being). May try again some time, because it was excellent (long ago).

Awesome all you can eat food! Loved it. I am not much of a spicey food person and they had signs with level of hotness for each thing. The mint and chocolate ice cream is the best ice cream you can get here but everyone knows this and they do run out from time to time.As said loved going here and will need to go again in the near future!

Huge variety buffet. All delicious. Particularly liked the fish curry. Could of had more spice heat for my liking. Obviously catering for a Western palate. Attentive helpful staff.

Beautifully presented buffet, food always looks fresh and is replenished throughout the night. Four of us, with a Guinness and a TED thrown in came to $160 which for an all you can eat style buffet with desert is amazing.

The takeaway last night was very disappointing. Chicken obviously not cooked in the sauce and was very tasteless. Not happy at all and probably wouldnt order takeaway again.The times Ive been to the buffet was nice although its a bit expensive if youre not a big eater.

7 of us went last night and the waitress knocked my sons full glass of red wine all over him and the table. His shirt and jeans were soaked. What did they do NOTHING other than to put cloth serviettes over the table cloth. When we asked for some kind of compensation the manager said no and that its good luck. !!!!!! No offer to dry clean clothes, no reduction on meal just that its Good Luck. We will NOT be returning. The food was just ok at best.. Not at all happy with service

Tuesday night buffet well worth going out midweek for. Curries hotter than the average Ozzie curry house and very tasty. Goat curry very tender. Book through Dimmi and save some money too

Great food and attentive, friendly service. Lovely buffet with many varieties of different dishes. I like the a la carte because you have table service and some of mr favourite dishes are on there. We have been there many times and have never been disappointed. Thank you for such great food . Also the toilets are immaculately clean which is not always the case in restaurants these days.

This is actualy the best place we have ever been to. The staff are amazingly friendly the food is top notch and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The awards on the wall are well deserved. It is out favorite restaurant in perth.

Wether you want to go for a simple meal out or a celebration if you want good Indian food, that is self serve and at a place with friendly staff service and is willing to allow outside food if you or someone you know doesnt fancy Indian food I recommend this place.

Very disappointed last night, when we went for dinner, food was not warm enough. Lamb dish was very tough. Not the full sweet list. Ice cream was empty. At least the staff were excellent. Not a cheap place to go to.

True Indian cuisine is hard to nail when preparing the kind of volume this restaurant serves. The curries are tasty, but disappointing in that the meat was tough and bland.

Superb Indian restaurant. We visited and had a top-notch meal at a reasonable price. The service was ok-ish as it was very busy. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because it wasnt BYO.

Ordered take away delivery ... unfortunately prawns in the curry tasted off very strong smell rest of the meal was mediocre at best (chicken tikka, harra kebabs and a chicken tikka entree) was offered a refund for the prawn curry but had to drive to collect it kind of defeats the point of a delivery meal! Much better Indian/curry houses in the area try Gurkhas in kallaroo also bombay talkies whitfords.
