Good petrol bunk like most of the shell outlets. Staffs were supportive and maintained social distancing + wearing masks.Theres some work happening at the entrance which has reduced the entry space. That could be corrected soon.

Nice petrol pump in the padappai surrounding. It has a store inside where u can buy snacks, ice creams, sandwiches, coffee and other car accessories. Nice place to chill during a drive.

Can improve the employees who work over there to start using the pumps which in idle... Even though 7 to 8 bikes in queue they will use only one pump...

Staff welcome the customers with a smile and draw our attention to see the zero point before putting the gun in our vehicle tank.I like this approach. Moreover, the petrol seems to be without adulteration and give mileage. We can have coffee in an outlet attached to this bunk.

Dont change the engine oil here. Bcz all are new techican they dont know how to remove the tight the drain hole bolt of oil tank.I am also suffered one time during oil changeover drain nut tight with wrong thread. After one hour oil spillage issue in oil tank.Also Shell not take responsibility for this type of issue.After that I spend 1000rs to weld the drain nut & making the new thread and oil change over again.So pls. Dont change over the engine in shell bunk.

Some times petrol not availableNo water in restrooms so they are allowing. When I went to fill the fuel in night time I got tired due to continue driving so I ask them that to park the vechicle to few min .and ordered a coffee to relax but refused me . It was a bad experience to me .

24-10-2020, i know for the past 3 weeks the Mens toilet is locked due to maintenance, if they cant even maintain and repair a toilet on time, how do we expect they will care for their fuel pumps n cafeteria equipments.
