I ordered a eggless white-forest cake through a phone call day before yesterday. When I went to the shop yesterday to collect the cake, the employee made a call to the concerned person and asked about the order. Came to know they have not taken the order itself. I was so shocked. I waited for almost 20 minutes for their reply in the shop. Even they did not apologize for that. Very careless. Im very disappointed of them.

Has plenty of snacks. They have the cakes always fresh. You can find few cakes and pastries which you cant find in normal cake shops. Had Chicken puffs, Japonaise cake and pineapple flavored fresh cake, no complaints on them.

Absolutely disastrous order management! Not recommended at all!Ordered an eggless cake with them. They told theyll get it ready in 2 hrs. When I called after 2 hrs, they started giving lame excuses like not able to reach me and all. Finally when we contacted them after another hour they told it will take another 2 hours!

The cakes are good, nothing great or wow. The savouries are pathetic. Wouldnt go gain if there are other options.

The quality of the cakes is decreasing every day. I really liked your cakes before a year at Saibaba Colony and have been regularly purchasing at your Vadavalli branch. But you also proved to be just another Bakery now reducing the quality to the level of normal street side bakeries. Second time getting stale cake from your shop in the past 1 month. Choco lava is pathetic. You are not worth the premium you charge as the quality has touched rock bottom.

The red velvet cake tasted really bad. The quality is low compared to its other branches.
