Just like any other Apple store, they dont repair ANYTHING that can be trashed. In India, we dont trash ANYTHING that can be repaired. Still, I gave it a shot as these guys were right opposite to my apt in Coimbatore. They put me on to someone who could help me.

Good support and service. Technician explained the issues well and possible solutions.

Service is excellent, they had fixed my ram and ssd for my Mac book in two hours. But the cost they charged was equivalent to iplanet although it doesnt have warranty that disappointed me.

I always go to INDSYS when i have a problem with my Iphone and Iam quite impressed with the response...they are always willing to help and solves the problem in no time...thank you team

My Mac book pro(2010) was having charging issue. They diagnosed the battery and found the problem was with the charger. Very good service.I appreciate it. Awesome.

Good place for your iphone to get repaired quick and less cost for service !!

My old iPhone 5s had a charging issue so I contacted a few service centers. One of them told me blindly that it would take 1750 to change the port. I contacted Indsys and they asked me to bring it over to examine it. They told me that it could be sorted out just by servicing it at a cost of 300. To my suprise, the phone was back to perfect. Thank you guys for your honest report and service. Id totally recommend them for services related to Apple Products.

Had a problem with my phone in charging. The issue was Dust accumulated into the lightening connector.Service men cleaned with a needle and took 1000 Rs. He could have charged 300 Rs.Any way he did not shock me by saying the whole connector has to be replaced.

Only apple phones are repaired.because they are the apple authorised service centee it is the one of the service centee among rs puram service centeer here the people are very polite and decent to work on our needsat this shop there is no sales of apple products they only sell apple authorised accessories only they provide high decent service with high end theynice environment friendly approach customer service person

I gave my iphone7 for battery replacement, they charged me 4500,but they took two weeks to fix it .

I went to service my iPhone se’s cracked screen. Initially they told they are not servicing iPhones anymore but are only doing Mac books.But after some prodding, the service man demanded 6k for replacing with duplicate screen.In iPhones official website it’s $129 to replace with the original screen.Later I have done the service at chennai mobiles.You can park your car in front of the store itself also the traffic in the area is always moderate.Also they are selling some iPhone accessories.

Poor service i have ever crossed. They are not know how to service the iphone. They know only basic knowledge to troubleshoot the iphone. I gave my iphone 5s for charging problem. They return back with changing new battery in my phone.That too kept my phone for one week. Charging issue not solved. Then i have serviced my phone in chennai.

Worse service centre i hve ever visited, i gave my iphone for screen replacement these guys at the service centre told me that they cant change original display, later they took 6.5k from me to replace a duplicate display, after that i found that my fingerprint sensor was nt working, later wn i went to ask them, they told me thats nt there problem.

Price little bit higher then online stores.

The do perfect jobs for any Apple products, they even go to an extent of helping us getting the best possible service at lowest possible price.

Horrible service and unfriendly staff. I visited indsys twice once to repair my iPad and another time to fix my iMac during both occasions the stuff were unhelpful and after long waiting periods they informed me that my device could not be fixed and could only be replaced. However after taking both devices to iplanet the service was prompt and courteous and both devices were fixed. Indsys was bloody awful and i would not recommend it.
