This place is great just dont go for food. Staff was really friendly and sweet. Drinks are always great, espresso is nice and teas are well made, but the food... Particularly the wraps and burritos... Mediocre at best. Honestly disappointing.

This is my first time coming here, I came to study. The workers are really nice and helpful. The setting is cozy and comfortable, there is an indoor limit and an outdoor patio. Theres also free wifi, a big bonus! The coffee tastes alright but Im no coffee expert. Theres a limited variety of pastries but what I bought was tasty. The music is not obnoxious like many places, its more mellow and allows me to focus. The tables are spaced out to allow for social distancing. The vibe here is really nice. Id definitely recommend and I will come back here.

Amazing sandwiches. The chicken curry wrap is delicious . The breakfast wraps are great too. Sorry no photos. We were hungry and couldnt wait.

Visited this establishment and was not treated with courtesy. They were open inside but hmhad their washroom closed to the public. Is this not a health and safety violation? How can you be open and not your washroom? At least be polite about serving me coffee. Other locations have been better.How can I wash my hands when your bathroom is closed??? This is unsanitary and not helping during a pandemic!

Not an incredibly diverse selection, bit great quality for what they have. Ive grown to be a great fan of bridgehead

Unfortunately location is not dog friendly which is important to me. In the past myself and my girlfriend were kicked out after going inside with a 3 month old puppy and were refused service. I do not go to Bridgehead anymore based on this general lack of respect and consideration

Love my local Bridgehead. Lately my friend and I noticed that its looking a little tired and could use a deep clean. Staff are always friendly and happy to chat as they make your favourite drink. I also love that they are community-minded and ready to supply school and local events with coffee and hot chocolate.

Wish I could give 4.5 stars. The food is AMAZING and the staff are so nice and helpful. The ambiance is very nice too. They have wifi. And its kinda nice to hear the church bells go off at the church across the street. The prices are the only reason for the 4.5 star rating (Oh, and the parking, it is sort of tough to find parking in this area).

Comfy place, tasty coffee. The only thing I didnt like is that if you sit close to the back door you get cold each time somebody enters or leaves. Usually cafes have double doors to prevent this from happening but this one has just one.

Really cozy spot to get work done, read a book, draw up some inspiration, or engage in a great discussionIf you dont want to be in the front where most of the noise stems you can always seek out the booths in the back of the coffee shop!The staff is always welcoming and my lattes are always made with love.

Bridgehead serves the best Americano amongst the competition. What keeps me coming back to this location is the amazing customer service. A true test to this, is the fact that I have to drive completely out of my way into work even with several other options to chose from. Bravo to the team!

Ordered a drink, realized it was not what I wanted and asked if I could have something else, and the server refused at first, and then gave a small size, not sure why this was such a pain for him. Starbucks will remake, or refund you no hesitation.

Coffee and food was amazing. This particular location tends to be pretty dirty (tables etc.), but its homier than most and with high foot traffic. The dirtiness is the -1 star.

Love the space and the product.. Only has two power plugs so laptop use is extremely difficult for longer stretches. Also could use more comfortable seating, the metal stools are very hard.

Sitting in a Bridgehead, working on my business strategy and at the table beside/across from me is a man who has been sorting through garbage and sleeping, and organized all his items in his cart, and eating his chocolate cake and drinking from his superman mug. Hes made that spot his home here for a few hours, he even left to go across the street to a shop and was gone for some time, while his things were here.I look at the table and two chairs Ive taken over, with all my stuff, my own snack and water bottle and bag, my books and computer and writing gear spread across all surfaces. Ive made myself at home too.This man beside me has been sitting across from me in a way where hes been consistently in my vision and I keep smiling when I see how comfortable he is in his world right now.How wonderful that Bridgehead has a created a space where everyone feels comfortable, no matter who they are or what theyre doing, we all share spirit and love and its clear when you just take a look around.

This particular location Ive been to before. The barista that took my order was excellent in helping me select a drink while being also knowledgable in selecting a different milk alternative for my drink. Great job guys!

My latte was very nicely decorated by a leaf pattern and I did enjoy a croissant along with it.They also make an excellent Americano which thoroughly enjoyed after my latte.The staff are cheerful, kind and very accomodating.I must admit that I felt a little like Goldilocks when I was choosing my seat, as there are three seating areas.One by the windows facing Wellington Street West (a place to socialize with friends and a little too noisy for me).A second seating area by the washrooms at the back with many windows facing Fairmont Avenue (a spot for students or business people with a laptop which was not for me).And a third a spot across from the cash with a few seats which was just right for me (a place where I could sip on my coffee, dive into my book and be warmed by the sunshine cascading in through the window).I would like to try the Ethnic soup of the day that was being served up with that appetizing aromatic aroma. Hopefully, it will be there the day that I choose to stop in.I definitely enjoyed my me time here and will absolutely be returning.

Tonight I had a decaf latte and a morning bun. They were both awesome and exactly what I was looking for!

The coffee was bitter and they lacked supplies.

Still the best espresso in town- as per me.Air-conditioned and spacious, street parking.

Amazing place! The staff were friendly and the selection of products to choose from was huge. Spent about an hour getting work done on my laptop while sipping teanand i couldnt be more happy. Well decorated with plenty of pace and a very clean washroom.

Great staff. Great coffee. Saturday & Sunday morning you can sit by the windows and watch the puppy parade while reading the paper. Definitely worth skipping over other Bridgehead locations to get here.

Standard Bridgehead in terms of food options and quality. The staff are friendly but the best part about this location is the size. You can almost always get a table which is rare in other Bridgehead locations.

Worked in the area for a couple of years and used to come here many times a week. Went back a week or so ago and was plesantly surprised it was the same ol place. If youre around grab their maple latte, much better than any spicy pumpkins.

I go here once a week. I have a drink, sometimes a snack, and hang out for two hours with a friend. Its the perfect coffee shop for that.
