This is by far the worst customer service i have ever received. To be completely honest i felt target for who i was. Scott the employee continuously blamed me for coming into the store and made me feel like i was garbage - he kept going on about how I defeated the purpose of curb side pick up when other people did the same. When asking to speak the manager his response was I didnt hear anything - excuse me? I have launched a complaint to head office about this and hopefully this is taken care of. Unbelievable how people in customer service can act towards a customers. The manager really represents how the employees act.

Part Source is a good, well-organized car parts outlet. I came in for a cabin air filter replacement for my SUV, and a capable stockists helped me to select the right replacement. To be sure, he had me remove the old one to see that the new one was right. The shop carries a wide range of accessories that I enjoyed looking over.

Not buying anything from this store ever again.

I have never had such issues dealing with employees at part source. Typically the one I deal with are extremely helpful but twice now that I have gone to this location the employees have been less than helpful, their knowledge base is nil and their customer service is essentially non existent.

I salute the store Manager (Rick) creating peace and harmony in my life when my car broke down in the stores parking lot. He allowed me to park/keep the car there until the new car part came in. It took awhile the car part to come in but finally I got it. (other shops or stores probably would have towed my car in a heartbeat, in Canadas rude way). I really appreciated his kindness.I deal with the store about three - four years by now and I always had good memorize about it.

Quick to answer the phone, courteous service, and quick turnaround time to receive the requested part and the best price hands down out of the whole Ottawa region. I am now a return customer and do not foresee this changing at all.They also have convenient hours being that they are open on the weekend and even have quite accommodating hours on a Sunday.

Bought new headlights for girlfriends car next day wouldnt return them with receipts not even plugged in just were wrong fit Ill never be back

Went to Part Source recently because one of my cylinders was misfiring. Spoke with a very helpful gentleman who seemed happy to take the time to talk through possible causes and solutions. He told me about their loan-a-tool program which essentially allowed me to pay full price for an ODB-II tool so I could read the codes and turn off the check engine light, then get a full refundonce I was finished with it (you can keep the tool up to 3 days). Overall, a great experience.

Not overly helpful and kind of abrupt on the phone. I was pricing around and they said they couldnt order a fairly common part that other dealers seemed to have no problems finding.

Great bunch of knowledgeable people, theyve always helped me out.

My friend and I needed to replace a drivers side door switch on his ford ranger. We went to partsource on Bank st but unfortunately they didnt have that particular part in stock. The customer service representative then informed us that he would send out a driver to one of his vendors and have the part back at the store within the hour. The driver actually left the store to get the part before we were finished paying for it. Really great to see customer service like this still exist. In less than an hour we got a call to come pick up our part. It was great.

Terrible misleading service... You better know what your after before you enter... I had a letter fall off during a car wash and when I went in to ask what was the best solvent for adhesives they said literally take a razer blade to the paint and if that wasnt bad enough they recommend a crazy glue which is actually a solvent to paints if you have ever tried glueing a model together that have real paint job its gets ruined..... The worst service you can get... They dont even know if there is a wax that makes black cars blacker (the black box).... Just go in and test on something you know they are guaranteed to give you misleading information... Try it at your own risk
