It took 1.5 years only for the structure, that also afterrepeated daily follow up/monitoring. Now we are doing ourself since we have to submit the completion certificate in Bank.They dont have professionalism, ethical values and responsibility. Without look/ listen/ analyse the matter they will make false commitments and purposefully make delay in doing things.Before starting a Villa Project usually all builders will have a plan on common aminities, common area, road, electricity line, borewell, waste management system etc. Here nothing they have planned.Regarding the construction side the surprising fact is that their basic knowledge of construction is very poor. Construction quality is also not so good.For every human the basic need is comfortable living and people dream it. We have taken a big amount of loan and paid lacs and lacs to this irresponsible builders. The outcome is very bad.Money is only one side. We can earn later also. But completely gone our mental health. I cannot express in words the pain ,2 years of stress, sleepless nights. If it somewhere else we could have a home, we could have stay happily.In my whole life I never met such an irresponsible, shameless people like them. They are not genuine.If you want a peaceful living think twice before going to this builder.

I have booked a flat in Symphony Millennium and started initial payment in 2013 and paid instalments as and requested. But the flat work is not complete even now, ie July 2021. Always telling lies regarding completion, now he has completely left the building and few of people booked the flat strying to complete by collecting funds from all. So those wnat buy flat, request them to se the condition of symphony Millennium. Some members are forcefully staying with electricity given for construction nad sewage (untreated) being pumped out 2nd lift not fitted.when requesting

One of the worst builders you can ever come across. They run the company with no ethics or professionalism. I paid my down payment 3 years ago and still the construction is not over (i have paid all that is due on time within hours of they asking). I am an NRI and for the last 2.5 years have not been able to go home and get the work done. They have taken advantage of this and i am now left hanging at their mercy. They dont respond to any phone calls. They are so arrogant that they shout at me when i follow up. They use phrases like dont teach me my responsibility, i dont need to take all this from you, you getting angry on me is not going to help anyone. This response is for following up after 3 years. They cant even come up with a believable excuse most of the times. Their knowledge of the construction is also very poor and this shows in the way they have handled this project. They dont have any back up calculation or accounts for whatever they charge and pluck numbers from thin air and pass it on as their calculation. I have lost lacs of rupees in this project apart from all the stress and helplessness that they make me go through. Please spread this message to as many people as you know so that they dont fall into this trap.
