Birthday cake ordered was quite ordinary, nothing very special. One point to note was too much cream than the cake base and the flavour chosen was not very satisfactory. The glazing was quite loose and the wishes written didnt even stick on it. Price for the cake was on the higher side compared to the quality.The person who handed over the cake was casual about the entire business. Other staff was quite courteous.The shop is stuffed with a lot of bakery stuff. Since I tried only a couple, would not be the right person to comment on the quality and taste of all the items.Overall average first impression.

Very tasty bakery items and almost fresh. They handle customers very politely. Crispy items and sweets are all tasty. They have upstairs where we can have snacks. Ice creams and branded imported chocolates are available. I didnt find the items to be costlier than others. Same price only, but much better quality. Card swiping machine (PoS) available with NFC Reader.

Visited Krishna Bakery during my return from Kerala to Bangalore. It is an attractive shop. Had a cup of strong tea with medium sugar. Tea was excellent. Ofcourse, you get good tea in Kerala. Bought some Banana chips, tapioca chips, etc. Sales boy offered me hot cake, prepared by them. It was very nice. Will drop in here during my next visit. I recommend this place..

This bakery doesnt have much varities. Only few items are available..And upstairs they have seating and i had a shake and cake from there.. shake was just milk and some powder taste was it was really disappointing.And the staff doesnt approach to customers well.

Had a glass of juice with family but disappointed. Understand foul smelled veg cutlet was served. When asked staff couldnt give satisfactory answers . As a vegetarian I was disappointed. For last 7 years I generally preferres krishna bakery due to its location. This was my first visit after their expansion / renovation and this incident changed my earlier good memories.One more thing... Its Renovated Interiors are awesome . So this 3 star is for this interiorworks, location and my previous pleasant experiences. Down with quality and staffs customers grievance redressal mechanism.
