Good theatre, nice screen and the chairs were also really confortable. Nice sound system with Dolby 7.1 surround. One thing I didnt like is that we cant take snacks or juice inside the theatre, even the ones we buy from the food court.

Behaviour of staffs very bad.sound quality average. And picture quality is very poor.The real experience will be lost.Theatre is clean and neat. And the important thing they will trun off the A/C most of the time.

Best theater in town. Good visual treat along with the best audio systems. Newly renovated and met the expectations very well. Good.seating. it has 2 screens. Descent ticket pricing and online booking available. Refreshments are also available. Parking is quite congested still adjustable. Altogether a wonderful experience.

Best in town, comfortable seating, effective AC and with decent amenities. Located at the heart of Ottappalam town and a landmark on it’s own. Very close to the railway station and the bus stand. Situated on Palakkad-Ottappalam-Ponnani state highway.

Lakshmi Theatre have been renovated recently into a multiplex theatre. They have two screens now, the seats are good (dont opt the first two rows, may cause neck pain and headache). In other words they just got up to date.

All going well. Basic facilities is good..please ensure the cleanliness... # put seats cover on seats... And make arrangements to reduce the ticket charge...

Most loved and only air-conditioned cinema theater complex in town. 2 screens, one small and other bigger. Canteen is adequate and well stocked most of the time. Sound and screen quality is on par with major theaters in bigger cities.

Awesome and superb experience. I am a regular visitor to lakshmi picture palace(previously Lakshmi theatre) and was so amazed.to see the new renovated Lakshmi picture palace when I recently went there. The sound quality the high resolution screen, the air conditioning, food everything was superb experience. One thing to be noted is that the air conditioning was there for the full length of the movie unlike other multiplex cinemas. The ticketing system at the counter is also awesome as they will show you on a screen which seat to choose additionally to ticket booking system online. Overall I will give a than up for this.

A good theatre in ottapalam after they reconstructed the picture quality and sound quality is awesome.

They are not interested to promote National interest by not screening well URI the surgical strike.Went with my kids to motivation them so that patriotism is kept high and willingness to serve country is nourished. Went for morning show, told viewers not suffice come at 2pm. Went back at 2pm after loittering around... To get astonished to hear that the film box is gone to some other place!

Staffs behaviour very bad.not all.most of them.no courtesy.for this reason i dont feel like going anymore..sound quality very poor...if it is a mass entertainer movie then one should never choose this theatre..the real experience will be lost..theatre is clean and seats are good..

Renovated theatre looks great. As of the first day after re-opening it is a pleasant surprise and great movie experience. First of its kind in the locality. Out of the two screens one is a bit bigger and with balcony the other screen is also offering a good experience.

Only multiplex in and around ottapalam which makes this theatre highly accepted. Even the price of the ticket is not that high compared to the other theatre(normal old fashioned one). Its a renovated one which stands high in the center of the town which makes it highly accessible.Parking facility is not that large which is a matter of concern.

Great place. But wont allow soft copy tickets. You need to take a hard copy of a ticket for the show in order to get inside. A photo on the phone wont do. Allows booking through apps like Book My Show, etc.

2 screens are there. Good snacks are available. Toilet facility is there. Parking facility has to be improved. As we have to wait in the road until they open the main gate. Otherwise this is a good theatre.

The original Lakshmi got split in to two and this marvelous theatre is born. A very neatly maintained movie house. And the security guards helps you to park your car safely.

Its a good theatre but one screen has low number of seats.

Screen 2 has got a good screen and sound system. Screen 1 needs to be improved. Even though Happy to have the old theatre renovated.

You can expect the comfort of a small town only. Not like a multiplex but still better compared to older days. People go there in remembrance of their collage days.

I visited this place for the first time almost 2 years back...Dont remember the movie though! But I very well remember the horrible experience we had sitting on the wooden bench the entire time!! Peak summer+no fans+Palakkad....and you can imagine our plight!! Gosh! But wait.. that was two years back!! The theatre has had an absolutely stunning makeover since then... I last visited during Feb 2019 and I must say they have improved a lottt..they have 2 screens, neat and pleasant ambience, wooden benches replaced by plush new sofas, nice air conditioned halls, Decent options for snacks and beverages, courteous staff and to top it all...tickets are priced at Very affordable rates..!!

Poor Audio experience in screen 2 especially back seat areas and also no leg space between seat rows.Tiles flooring may change to carpet for more luxury feel and good appearance.

A place where many generations watched cinema since the black & white decades. Its a land mark of the city. Its time to upgrade & update the infrastructure & facilities. It has a good parking area which is a main criteria for todays movie theatres. Hope it will get updated soon.

Recently renovated. Now looks very nice and all new malayalam movies release here. The sitting inside is excellent and can be compared with any modern theatres in kerala.

Its ok..but the seating arrangement is poor...good sound&AC ...the bahavior of shopkeepers are not good ... tickets can be collected from shop nearby when online booking is done ..but the bahavior is so poor from the shopkeepers side when one goes to grab it...
