I came here on a date and had good food while the friendly waiters were taking care of all our needs.There is a buffet which is maintained very good with enough options and everything you may need. You can also sit and order from your table. Overall a very great experience :)

Its a great Indian restaurant. Visiting zjaipur is like going home and eating. Superb experience. Both the owners are great human beings. Service is excellent always.

Nice, open locals in the middle of Karl Johan. Friendly staff, allthough they seemed quite stressed, even though it was lunch hour in the middle of the week, not particulary busy. The waiter forgot my order of nan-bread two times. Its okay I guess, but by the time I got it, I had eaten already. Food was okay. The buffet was also just fine, a bit messy and just mashed together. I get it, its a buffet, but come on. Some of the food was good, some was not and some was way too salty. Wish there were more items to pick from to be honest. You could literally fit one of each item on one plate. Naan was great, and the rice was nice. The palak paneer was also pretty delicious. I would come again, but, there are way better options in terms of indian food in this city.

The food was excellent and quantity was very goodWorth the price.Felt welcomed.The helping lady , i think was polish was very good at her work.The only thing they need to work on was the plates for the buffet .. a few of them were not cleaned properly.I would definitely eat her again on my next visit

Nicely decorated. Neat, clean and tidy. Very fast services. Staffs are extremely cordial and the hospitality they ensure is worth. Food is very tasty. One could even put their own choice to make an Indian delicacy more spicy if they wish to. Take away parcels are enough for one person. The restaurant is located at the best place. On Saturday evening it is crowded and slow. It is near the t bane stop and very central. Thats why busy.The food we tried was oily, spicy, and salty. Rather heavy. It was rice and chicken.

We went here for the lunch buffet. Decent food but terrible service. We sat down and had no one approach us to take our order or explain. In the end we were overcharged (somehow the mango lassi was more expensive than the rest of the meal itself...)

Absolutely amazing food. Truly authentic Indian cuisine. We travel all around the globe, and have mostly been disappointed by the quality of Indian food especially in EU region. This place is definitely my top selection for excellent Indian food. The best part is the buffet is just €10, for Oslo standard that is an amazing value for money. It has options for both veg ( not Vegan - like normal vegetarians) and non vegetarians. A must must recommendation to all Indian and especially people who love Indian cuisine.

Food was good not awesome and we went for buffet this time , as am chapati/naan lover so thought in buffet that will also be there but to my surprise it wasnt. So if you are like me then you have to ask for Naan that is chargeable not included in buffet if you are rice lover you can enjoy your meal .

Veraity of food is less. They increased 20 NOk extra.. now the unlimited meal is 120/-nok. Taste is good.. no alcohol allowed.

Absolutely delicious food. One of the few restaurants that was opened on Christmas eve. It was quite busy in the restaurant but one could tell they were not 100% in sync. Or it could have been that our server was lost in the sauce.

Location is very central on the tourist street. Three course meal is good and not too pricey. Quick service as there are always lots of waiters around.

REAL CHEAP FOOD IN OSLO!!IF YOURE IN OSLO YOU NEED TO COME HERE.Never had such good curry and naan in my life. Its some delicious food that they serve!!! Their curries arent oily and greasy like many cheap buffet place. Instead it actually tasted authentic! The naan is good too that its softly chewy and not too thick. Im very impressed with the food quality. There are a range of curry to choose from some with meats (lamb / pork / chicken) and others with veggie like beans. The lamb is SO tender!!! And I like the yellowish chicken curry the best, its very flavorful and refreshing. Drinks and naan arent included in the buffet though. Theres only water. But thats reasonable enough at this price. Wouldve been nice if they also had soft drink dispensers with a refill drink add on option for the buffet.

Really nice food for descent price in the heart of city. We went for luch buffet on a weekday. Palak paneer was among one of the best I have tasted.we really enjoyed hot Rotis, Garlic naan, pakoras, lamb curry and mix veg sabji too.I was not really impressed with Tandoori chicken. Nice location and overall cleanliness.

Trash service. Waited for 3 hours for the food and they didnt even try to contact me to mention its delayed. DONT EAT THERE

Absolutely great Indian food. It’s located in the center of Oslo. Prices are ok, the service and the ambience was really good. You get a feeling of India when you come inside this restaurant which is nice. I recommend one of the lamb dishes, you actually have a lot of options on how spicy you want it, so if you don’t like tasty at all you should go for the medium. What I liked about this restaurant is that the staff is coming every 5-10min just to check so you have everything you need. I will give this restaurant 9/10 and I am willing to visit this place again. They also offer a all you can eat buffet during the lunchtime and the price is 99kr but I haven’t tried that yet.

Wanderful place to have a comforting Indian Lunch, and for only 99,- kr for the buffet from 11:00-14:30 its a bargon! 🍱They let me know that i could take food even after 14:30 because that time was the last hour they seated people 👥Sevrol different meat ( chicken tikka, fish curry etc) and vegetarian dishes (dal, coliflower curry, cickpea curry etc!) With dressing, spiced/normal rice and fresh salad 🍜🥗Water you take as much as you want and if you wanted a naan bread its a little extra (30,-kr ish).The atmsphere is cosy and by the window a great view of the Karl Johan Street! 🌆All in all a great experience for me! 100% im coming back 😎

But if ur coming from uae or other Middle East countries as a tourist u can be well aware the price they charge is incredible and the portion is small!!The taste of meal is good I want say excellent!! When I was in Dubai as a tourist the meal tasted much better!! So out of 10 I would say 6-7They claim beef and chicken to be halal!!Butter chicken 239 and bread garlic around 55. Local currency.

Very busy place. We had to wait 10 minuted before getting a table and there was a long queue behind us. Food was good an waitress was polite. We took the 3 way course. I like spicy food but when you order a spicy course at this place its reaaaally hot. I would recommend the Chicken massala.

Decent place for Indian food. Taste is slightly subdue maybe to suit the western pallete. Their buffet at 99 krona is totally worth it if you are non veg. For vegetarians its not that great with just 3 main items and rice to go.

Sunday buffet was good value for money. Chicken peas curry and raita was great. Fish in the fish curry was normal frozen fish fillet without texture. However, the nun today was quite dry.

Healthy, delicious and cheap food. We choose the buffet... It was totally delcious and just 99NOK includes natural water (available from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). The place has a Fancy decoration, doesnt has elevator it is located in the 2nd floor. Nice view to Karl Johans gate, if you want to eat enough, this is the place. Are open 364 days per year. I recommend the food here is AMAZING.

Nice food at affordable price

We had our lunch here, the buffet was just jeera rice and 8 dishes. Out of which two dishes were mango chutney and raita. It seems they use lots of taste maker in their food, after you have one portion of rice you feel like not eating more. Everything else you need to purchase extra including pickle 😊 Not sure about the a-la-carte menu and taste. I would definitely not recommend the buffet.

The food would have actually deserved five stars - very tasty and good portion. However, ordering from foodora was not great: when placing the order, it said 45 minutes, then jumped to 65, and then it said arrives in less than 5 minutes for more than half an hour!

It is an excellent place to dine at Oslo. The lunch buffet was the one we had during our visit. Definitely I can say that the food on their menu will be extremely awesome. Came to Jaipur restaurant with my mom and we enjoyed a delightful meal with a variety of curry. The prices were extremely affordable being an all you can eat buffet. The curries were for a large part vegetarian, so this place is suitable for non-meat eaters. If one comes early enough there is no waiting time, and you can grab a nice seat by the window to get a good view. The downside is that if you come too late, there may be a 5-10 min waiting period.
