I recently relocated to Orlando and my building recommended this dry cleaner, which operates under various names, Orlando Cleaners, Hangers, etc. They offer friendly service until you have a problem.Should your garments be damaged be prepared to be treated in a condescending, unprofessional manner. Instead of showing some semblance of empathy you will be treated in manner in which they will educate you on the process of dry cleaning, hidden stains and other industry jargon in which they place any blame on YOU, the customer. I certainly have no sense of entitlement but this company will definitely not do right by the customer instead Lori Dunaway, Director of Culture and Route Services will demean and blame you for the problem. If you care about your high priced garments, stay away.

I had a fairly expensive suit dry cleaned here. They add iron on barcodes to your garments with no warning. They are to clean the garments, not modify them in ANY way. This is unacceptable.

Trish was absolutely amazing. I work at an apartment community that recently need some dry cleaning completed for one of our residents. Trish stepped right in and made sure our residents garments were taken care of. Over 140 pieces worth! She was helpful, responsive and professional. THIS IS A SCAM! I used their service for months before realizing that I was being overcharged $1200 of dollars worth of laundry. I specified that one bag for pickup would be dry clean and the other bag would be wash and fold. Both bags were clearly marked on the tags they provided. I started noticing sweatshirts being dry cleaned, sweatpants, tshirts, pajamas, etc all being dry cleaned! I brought the issue up with Alex who helped me set up my account and each time reassured me it wouldnt happen again... only for it to KEEP HAPPENING! I felt taken advantage of and who knows how much money was stolen from me on the first couple deliveries. I disputed $1200 worth of charges with my bank and the issue was resolved on my end. Now it is 2 MONTHS LATER and this company has the audacity to charge my card again to recover the disputed money they lost because they cant handle a simple laundry & dry clean service? This company is a bunch of CROOKS! Now I have to go through the entire dispute process again. STAY AWAY if you dont want to be scammed.

First Class Cleaners has always done an amazing job with the clothes I have dropped off. Their staff are always friendly and helpful! You should definitely check them out for your all dry cleaning needs!

I had a very terrible experience with first class cleaners. With the staff Lori and the customer service representatives the cashiers in the front office. Martha was extremely rude to me on the phone. When I called to speak with a manager. Martha had informed me that she was the manager but she was not willing to hear any complaints that morning because she was busy and shes just the store manager not a manager that will accept complaints from customers. I asked her if I could speak to a manager she then said that there was no manager that was would be willing to speak with me and the other manager was in a meeting and she would not let him know that I was trying to get in contact with someone. Then she rudely hung up on me. Lori was very mean very short very unprofessional as usual. Not willing to take a responsibility for her actions and her being unprofessional. It was a very very frustrating aggravating experience. Lori would not hear anything I had to say. She then said rude things to me before hanging up the phone and not answering again. The cashier was just as rude. I will never do business with first class cleaners ever again nor would I ever recommend them as a cleaners a job or anything to anyone again they are so unprofessional. They are not accountable and I will not ever recommend anyone to ever do businesses again here. On the other hand there was nice young lady I spoke with who was always professional when we spoke. I believe her name was Nina. Always professional and kind. Thank you Nina.
