Staffs are very very good..Average stay at budget... Facilities can be improved..Good pillows can be given, toilet can be better,food taste can be improved..

Stay was great we enjoyed our time . Place is beautiful and staff are very good and helpful .Food is good for non-veg. For veg food can be improved as very limited option . If you love staying at calm place and place surrounded by nature then this is best place .We loved over all hospitality provided and the cook there is very co-operative , he tries to prepare whatever is possible based on your request .Some small repair work of bathroom is required and would suggest resort management to get it fixed. Nice place for 2-3 days trip with family . We enjoyed our stay and very thankful to all staff who made it possible . Thank you all .On other side a note for people who wish to have some drink , I would advice to get the same from place where you start as this place is situated in forest area , there is only one place from where you can get the drinks and the amount is almost double the original amount .

The place is located off the road. Rooms are spacious, clean and with basic amenities. Theres no AC or WiFi. A wardrobe/closet in each room would be of great help for people staying. But what stands out is the way staff tried their best to make us feel comfortable. Truly remarkable service! Whatever we asked for, be it some special dish or even a mosquito repellant liquid machine, the staff promptly provided the same. They even arranged for campfire on both nights of our stay. Given the price of rooms, inclusive of 3 times food and tea, the overall stay was value for money! Even though theres no Wi-Fi, mobile networks work well. Hot water is available in all rooms. Vegetarian options can be improved on the menu. Ill recommend this place due to the greenery and calmness if you plan to visit Masinagudi. Dont expect 5 star like facilities, its a resort in a small town after all....But which punches above its weight due to the great hospitality offered by the staff. If we return, we are definitely going to stay here!If you are visiting Masinagudi, then a word of advice : You wont get soft drink bottles in the town, only cans. All shops claim that its because plastic is banned (even though things like cup noodles, 5 ltr water cans, buckets, chips, etc. all in plastic packaging are freely available). So make sure you carry your own soft drink bottles and please do take empty bottles back with you.

It is one of the nice budget friendly accommodation in Masinagudi. The Rooms are neat and clean, The Restrooms are neat with 24 hours hot water. The staff are very accomdative and can provide your requirements with a smile. The in house restaurant is good with lot of options. Overall a nice place to unwind on a vacation with your family.

—We stayed for one night (April 20th 2019).Rooms were neat and spacious . Would be more convenient if a small wardrobe was provided . Bathroom was clean. Has a restaurant inside which food would be prepared on order . Breakfast was complimentary.Food was good and tasty . Both veg and non veg food will be prepared .—They arranged for jungle safari (jeep) which was three hours journey. —Vivek and his team were very humble, courteous and helpful. Its a One Night Experience with my friends in Spring Valley. Eco Friendly space with good Ambience. Good Selection for both Family Tourists and also for Bachelors too. Moderate Parking Facility. The Problem is the Cost of Food. The Menu looks alike Five Star Hotels one. Hot Water available. Peaceful Environment. Its all about Spring Valley

Best place to stay in masinagudi.Have to travel through the best part of mudumalai national park to reach here. Place is a bit far from the town. We have to take a short road to reach the destination. We have charged 3000/- for the stay for 5. The place is kept very neat and clean without making much damage for the nature. Hot water is available all time. Tastey food is served within the package.Neat and clean restaurant and well behaved staff

I dont think I can give even 1 star for the hospitality they provided. They cheated us by showing different rooms and gave completely different one.The rooms arent neat and very unhygienic. They told us that the breakfast was complementary at the time of booking but it wasnt.The food cost much higher than the market price. We are really disappointed.

It was a pleasant stay! The rooms were neat & clean and the washrooms were quite hygienic.

The guest house is very well located and was easy to find. I found it clean and comfortable and I was especially impressed with how quiet the room was. I also was impressed with how friendly the staff were in helping me arrange some sightseeing and providing general guidance.

I have visited this place in last weekend with family after re-viewing the trip advisor bad review. I am placing this review based on that bad review. The property is surrounded by tree, good spacious in room for 5memebers. The staff are good and service of food, water are good in quantity for the money. Overall its worth for 💰.

Rooms are spacious n clean but only problem is ventilation. Cant keep the window open, as there are monkeys outside and night time too many mosquitoes n unsafe due to the forest area. Food and service is too good.

Although the farmhouse is located in a residential area, the actual rooms are tucked away in a corner, giving a secluded feeling. Awesome food and hospitality. I thank each of them- Vivek, Prabhu, Raja and Krishnan for making this a memorable trip.

Very good please and food good service The climate is so chill on summer , luckily . Enjoying the view of forest in showers is always a great feel . The balconies are big and planned in position . Rooms are big and spacious not washrooms . Clean fabrics and food is the best part here next to service . Looks like home made and fresh .Stayed in the Hut type one and they they its Ooty old todda tradition . Color is good once again . Believe these peoples have great taste .Couldnt go out for a long due to heavy rain and we enjoyed a great moment over here..

On 18th June 2018 evening we visited this spring valley Resort Masinagudy . With my family It was a Horrible Experience for us ...First we booked Two Adjacent rooms on the arrival they refused to give the reserved rooms saying other room is damaged..n roof were leaking ... We did not like the location too as it was bit secluded n risky for Family Stay when we arrived a group of youngsters made hell a lot of noisenoises... when we spoke to the owner he could not make any alternative arrangements but forced us to stay and were mainly focussing on his Revenue Loss if we cancel n insisted we must stay there only and he could not provide us adadjacent rooms but bit far off as a family we could not able to consider. ...... As this Resort. Is secluded and more over group of youngsters were making hell a lot of noises we also checked the other room - roof was leaking ..Then we requested the owner explaining the condition & situations that we cannot stay there ..But the owner treated us very harshly without even considering that we are with family and denied to drop us back at the bus station it was pitch dark imagine Im with my family with elders including ladies exploiting the situation they demanded Rs. 500/- to drop us to the Bus Stand ultimately for merely 4 kms we have been peenalised Rs. 500/- with lots of displeasure n mental agony for their fault that they could not arrange any alternative options of staying in their Resort.... Its BIG NO for decent people and those who wants to visit this resort with family PLEASE AVOID this resort if you would like to prefer calm and pleasant STAY.... Its not WORTH. .. Govi... Coimbatore...
